The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in secondary power supply systems.
The purpose of the invention is to increase efficiency.
The drawing shows the scheme of the proposed single-ended DC / DC converter.
5.The single-phase DC-DC converter contains a transistor 1, a power transformer 2 with a primary winding, 3 and a secondary winding 4 connected to the load circuit 5.
12.To form a switching path of the transistor, a current transformer 6 is introduced from the primary 7 and secondary 8 windings, a capacitor 9, a first diode 10, a second diode 11, and a choke 12.
6.The primary windings 3 and 7 of transformers 2 and 6 are connected in series and through transistor 1 are connected to the input terminals of the converter. The same terminals are connected to a series circuit consisting of according to the included diodes 10 and 11 and the secondary winding 8 of the transformer 6. The choke 12 is connected in series to the same circuit. The capacitor 9 is connected to the collector of transistor 1 by one and the other terminal to the common point of the diode 10 and the winding 8 of the transformer 6.
The single-ended DC-DC converter works as follows.
Transistor 1 switches with a certain frequency and duty cycle of the signals supplied to its base. In the steady state operation of the converter, at the end of each interval of the on state of the transistor 1, the capacitor 9 is charged up to the supply voltage with polarity, is shown on the drawing without brackets. After applying a blocking pulse to the base of transistor 1, its collector current begins to decrease. In this case, the magnetizing current of transformers 2 and 6 begins to recharge capacitor 9 through the opening diode 10. As a result, the voltage on the collector of transistor 1 begins to increase smoothly from zero, and the collector current decreases in favorable conditions.
0On the off state of transistor 1, the demagnetization occurs.

6.Nichivanie cores of transformers 2 and 6. In this case, if the load. connected to the secondary winding 4 of the transformer 2 through a reverse diode, then the energy is transferred to the load and the capacitor 9 is simultaneously recharged to a voltage with polarity indicated in brackets, the magnitude of which is determined by the load voltage applied to the primary winding 3 and energy accumulated in the inductance of the dissipation of the winding 3 of the transformer 2 and the magnetizing inductance of the transformer 6. If a converter with direct switching on the rectifier diode is used, the voltage on the capacitor 9 is determined ts inductors magnetizing transformers 2 and 6.
На этом этапе в зависимости от направлени включени выпр мительного диода в нагрузке 5 происходит или накопление энергии в магнитном поле трансформатора 2 или пр ма передача энергии в нагрузку .At the moment the trigger pulse is applied to the base of transistor 1, the voltage across it quickly decreases to zero, and the collector current, due to the inductance of the dissipation of the transformer windings, begins to increase smoothly. If the inductances are small, then an additional, choke 12 may be included in the recharge circuit of the capacitor 9. After the transistor 1 is saturated, the voltage of the capacitor 9 is applied to the winding 8 of the transformer 6 and on it, and accordingly to the winding 7 voltage, the polarity of which is shown in parentheses. At this stage, depending on the direction of the switching of the rectifying diode in the load 5, there is either an accumulation of energy in the magnetic field of the transformer 2 or direct transfer of energy to the load.
В даль) нейшем процессы в преобразователе повтор ютс .The current flowing through the windings 3 and 7 is transformed into the winding 8 and, through the circuit, capacitor 9 transistor 1 — diode 11 — winding 8, recharges capacitor 9. The voltage on the capacitor 9 changes its sign (polarity is shown in the drawing without brackets) and begins to build up until diode 10 opens. Thereafter, the voltage on the capacitor 9 becomes equal to the supply voltage, and the switching path of the transistor 1 is ready for the next operating cycle. Further, the processes in the converter are repeated.
Однако динамические потери в транзисторе 1 не возрастают, так как коммутируема им мощность уменьшаетс .The recharge time of capacitor 9 depends on the current of the primary winding 3 of I transformer 2 and decreases with increasing output power. At low load currents, the capacitor 9 can completely and not be recharged. However, the dynamic losses in transistor 1 do not increase as the switching power of them decreases.
