Далее , на прот жении времени открытого СОСТОЯНИЯсилового транзистора 1 демпфирующий конденсатор 5 разр жаетс до напр жени , определ емого выходным напр жением и коэффициентом трансформации трансформатора 3, При запирании силового транзистора 1 зар жаетс через диод 4 демпфирующий конденсатор 5, защища транзистор 1 от коммутационньк перенапр жений и далее, после повторного открывани транзистора 1 процессы повтор ютс .1 The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in secondary power supply systems for converting a constant voltage. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency. In Fig. 1, a DC voltage converter is shown in Fig. 2 — timing diagrams explaining its operation. The converter contains a power transistor 1, to the collector of which the primary winding of the output transformer 2 is connected, the primary winding of the additional transformer 3 and the charge anode of the diode 4. To the cathode of diode 4 a damping detector 5 is connected and through the first additional diode 6 another output of the primary winding of the transformer 3, the secondary winding which is connected via the second additional diode 7 to the cathode and the anode of the rectifying diode 8. The secondary winding of the power transformer 2 through the diode 8 is connected to the filter the condenser 9 and to the load circuit-Ug,. The Converter operates as follows. In the steady-state pulsed mode of operation, the power transistor 1 operates in a pulsed mode, being alternately in the on state in the saturation mode, and off in the cutoff mode. Due to this, the voltage rectified by the diode 8 is smoothed by the filter capacitor 9 and supplied to the load U1x When the power transistor 1 is turned on (the beginning of the time tg on the timing diagrams in figure 2) its collector voltage drops: (plot tl, figure 2 ), and the collector current begins to increase (plot Ix of figure 2). At the same time, the rectifying voltage 67.72 8 has not yet been closed, the excess charge, determined by the direct current flowing through it, begins to dissipate from its base (plot 2 of figure 2). The law of increase of the collector current is determined by the inductance of dispersion of the primary and secondary windings of the power transformer 2 and the active and inductive parasitic resistances of the wiring and the elements .. With the inclusion of the power transistor 1, the previously charged damping capacitor 5 begins to discharge through diode 6 and the primary winding of the additional transformer 3 on the open collector-emitter junction of the transistor 1. Due to the appropriate switching on of the transformer 3 windings, the discharge current of the capacitor 5 opens the locking diode 7 (plot 2) and adds to the current dissolving the charge from the base of the rectifying diode 8. This ensures a more accelerated dissipation of the charge than: the time decreases restoring its reverse resistance. Thus, to the current that absorbs the excess charge, from the base of the diode 8 is added an additional current J (plot 1 add 2), which reduces the recovery time tg of the reverse resistance of the diode 8. Then, during the open time state transistor 1, the damping capacitor 5 is discharged to a voltage determined by the output voltage and the transformation ratio of transformer 3. When the power transistor 1 is locked, the damping capacitor 5 is charged through the diode 4, protecting transistor 1 from the switch ionnk overvoltages and further, after the re-opening processes of the transistor 1 are repeated.
