Секци  аппарата состоит из горизонтальной панели 7, закрепленной на раме 1. Над панелью расположено окно 5 пневмоотсоса. Над окном на горизонтальной оси 8 установлены пластинчатые элементы, снабженные хлопкозацепами. На панели 7 установлен приводной очистной нож 11. При работе аппарата панели 7 дел т куст на  русы. Ветки кустов взаимодействуют с панел ми 7 и пластинами 10.
