The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in the design of planetary gears.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the transmission load capacity by equalizing the load on the satellites.
FIG. 1 shows the transfer, part of a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 - vodal knot; in fig. 3 - installation unit eccentric axes in the cheek drove.
The transmission includes a housing 1, a crown located in it with internal teeth of the central wheel 2, a central wheel

13.in the axial direction of the eccentric axis x 5. At one end 6 of each eccentric axis 5 is threaded. By this end, the eccentric axles 5 are inserted into a threaded connection with sections 7 of the cheek 3 of the carrier 3 which are thinned for compliance. The other end 9 of the eccentric axes 5 is smooth and enters the smooth holes of the thinned areas 10 of the cheek 11 of the carrier. This connection is also movable. The locking rings 12 do not allow the eccentric axle 5 to move in the axial direction. Cheeks drove rigidly interconnected output shaft 13.
3).In addition, on eccentric axles x14, the thread can be made at both ends 15 and 16 and is designed to interact with the threaded portions 17 of the carrier's cheeks, and the direction of the thread in the holes of the cheeks is different (Fig. 3).
The transmission works as follows.
13.The torque applied to the central wheel 3 is transmitted by gears and cheeks 8 and 11 to the output shaft 13.
During operation, satellites 4 located on movable eccentric axles x 5, rolling on the inner and outer teeth of the central wheels 2 and 3, make a complex plane-parallel movement: they rotate around their own axes of rotation and around the central axis of transmission. In addition, the satellites independently of each other perform a swinging movement together with moving eccentric axes 5 in the supports of their attachment (thinned sections 7 and 10 of the carrier's cheeks). The radius of this swinging motion is equal to the eccentricity e value. The excitation source is the errors of manufacture and assembly of the transmission components. The direction of motion of each satellite, its amplitude; ta depends on the direction and magnitude of the resultant vector of the total kinematic error affecting the satellite at the considered time instant.
At the same time, the eccentric axes 5 are rotated in supports 7 and 10 by means of a threaded connection of one end 6, where

При уменьщении или изменении направлени действи результирующего вектора кинематической погрешности на сателлит деформированные участки 7 и 10 щек водила, облада определенной податливостью, возвращаютс в ненапр женное исходное положение .the thread and the smooth connection of the other end 9 are made with the sections 7 and 10 of the cheeks 8 and 11 of the carrier, thinned for compliance, or by means of threaded connections of both ends 15 and 16 (Fig. 3), create an axial force acting on these sections, as a result of which elastic the deformations of the latter, i.e. the pliable portions 7 and 10 of the carrier's cheeks, mutually move in the axial direction of transmission, moving closer or moving away. When the resultant vector of kinematic error is reduced or reversed to the satellite, the deformed sections 7 and 10 of the carrier's cheeks, having a certain flexibility, return to the unstressed initial position.
At the same time, the eccentric axes 5, the thread on which is made with the angle of inclination of the turns 15 °, i.e. the threaded joint and the self-braking mechanism, turn also the satellites 4 located on them, also occupy the calculated initial position.
Making the threads different in direction at both ends of each eccentric axis ensures a high smoothness of the driving unit due to the uniform impact on both compliant sections 17 of the driver's cheeks created by two threaded connections.
Thus, the arrangement of the satellites on the moving eccentric axles makes it possible to perform a swinging movement in the process of reciprocal rolling of wheels under the influence of errors, ensuring their compensation and, consequently, load balancing between the satellites.
Performing a threaded joint of the axles of the satellites with axial-compliant portions of the carrier cheeks ensures that the satellites return to their original design position, smoothes the dynamic impacts in the engagement.
