The data of this series of experiments are presented in tablo 2o
2, the proposed method with the same consumption of white liquor for cooking allows either to reduce the duration of sulphate cooking (experiments 19 and 20), or to reduce the consumption of alkali for cooking by 2% (experiment 18) as compared to the analog method (experiment 17).
77%.Example 3. The cooking mode, as in example 2, with the exception of the hydronic module when processing black liquor. The hydronic module when processing black liquor is 2.0: 1; 2.5: 1; 3.0: 1; 3.5: 1; 4.0: 1; 4.5: 1 and 5.0: 1, which corresponds to its consumption of the total fluid content in the boiler 25, 40, 50, 57, 62, 63 and 77%.
3.The results of the experiments of this series of cooking are presented in table. 3
ед „From the data table. 3 it follows that with the same consumption of white liquor for cooking, the maximum decrease in hardness is observed in experiments 23-26, in which the treatment with black liquor is carried out with a flow rate from 50 to 70% of the total amount of liquid in the boiler. In test 22, alkalinity in black liquor is active; there is no treatment after treatment, apparently consumption of black liquor is insufficient, although a decrease in hardness is significant by 13 bp. The consumption of black liquor in an amount of more than 70% is not advisable, since the maximum reduction in hardness was achieved with a consumption of black liquor 69% of the total amount of liquid (test 26) per 41 p.
The results of electron microscopic studies of cellulose samples
3).The results of experiments 19 (Table 2) and 25 (Table 3) indicate a deep and uniform delignification during the cooking process, and consequently, pulp with a homogeneous mass compared with experiment 21 (Table 3).
The determination of the structural parameters of cellulose showed that the treatment results in the production of cellulose with higher specific surface indices of 73 and 110 m Vr (samples 19 and 25, respectively) compared with 14 m / g (sample 21) and a total volume of submicrocapillaries, respectively, 0.453 and 0.523 cm / g compared to 0.417 cm / g,
Therefore, the proposed method provides an improvement of the structural characteristics of the resulting celkg vine.
