Abstract
1 з.п. The invention relates to welding, in particular, to the control of parameters of spot and seam resistance welding, and can be used in the manufacture of welded structures for various purposes. The purpose of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy by eliminating the influence of contact resistance of parts when determining the degree of contamination and oxidation of the electrode surface. After passing a welding current pulse, without opening the electrodes, an additional current pulse is passed. The voltage between the electrodes is measured during its course and the voltage value is compared with the reference one. The reference voltage is also measured with the passage of an additional pulse between the unstretched electrodes with stripped working surfaces. Based on the difference between the reference and reference voltages, the state of the working surface of the reference electrode is evaluated. The control and reference voltages are measured at the same values of the compressive force of the electrodes and the voltage of the current source. Additional current pulses are carried out after cooling the welded joint to ambient temperature. The method allows to automate the control. 1 hp f-ly, 3 ill.

Цель изобретени - повышение точности измерени за счет исключени вли ни контактного сопротивлени деталей при определении степени загр знени и окислени -поверхности электрода .The purpose of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy by eliminating the influence of contact resistance of parts when determining the degree of contamination and oxidation of the surface of the electrode.
Fig. 1 shows the voltage measured at the electrodes during the passage of a test current pulse; Fig. 2 shows the reference voltage measured at. the passage of the second current pulse after welding by electrodes with a bare surface; Fig. 3 is a stress graph obtained by subtracting from the control and reference voltages.
If you weld the connection and, not | press electrodes, let it cool to ambient temperature, pass a second current pulse through the welded joint and continuously

электрод - деталь, завис щие от степени загр знени и-окислени , собственные сопротивлени деталей и электродов .measure the voltage of the electrode - the welded joint of the electrode, then we obtain a graph of the values of the stresses over the time of the flow of the second pulse. After the passage of the first welding current pulse, the contact resistance of the part - the part disappears, the gap between the parts is eliminated, the surfaces of the electrode and the parts are mutually fitted. After cooling of the welded joint and electrodes, at the moment of switching on the second current pulse, transient resistances remain on the electrode - electrode segment. the electrode is a component, depending on the degree of contamination and oxidation, and the intrinsic resistance of the components and electrodes.
Если сравнить величины напр жений вторых иу пульсов при контактном и базовом измерени х, при которых использовались контрольные электроды и-.-ба- зовые с защищенной рабочей поверхностью , то можно судить о степени загр знени поверхности контрольных электродов, потому что полученна разность обусловлена величиной переходных сопротивлений электрод - деталь .If we compare the voltage values of the second pulses at the contact and base measurements, at which the control electrodes and -.- base ones with the protected working surface were used, we can judge the degree of contamination of the surface of the control electrodes, because resistance electrode - detail.
The greater the degree of change in the state of the working surface of the control electrodes, the greater the difference between the reference and control voltages.
Зна величину допуска на разность напр жений, можно определить пригод- locTb электродов дл дальнейшей эксплуатации ,By knowing the magnitude of the tolerance on the voltage difference, it is possible to determine the suitability of the locTb electrodes for further operation,
When measuring, the contact welding machine is tuned to the welding mode of real parts. Welding and measuring, control and base current pulses were carried out
тока и одних и тех же значени х усили сжати электродов и температуры сварного соединени , равной температуре окружающей среды.with unchanged source parameters. current and the same values of the force of compression of the electrodes and the temperature of the welded joint equal to the ambient temperature.
Использование изобретени позвол ет повысить точность измерени за счет исключени вли ни контактного сопротивлени деталей и автоматизировать операции контрол .The use of the invention makes it possible to increase the measurement accuracy by eliminating the influence of the contact resistance of the parts and to automate the control operations.
