Abstract
The invention relates to the textile industry, namely to the pneumatic mechanical method of yarn, and allows to improve the quality of the yarn by increasing the breaking load and reducing the hairiness. The method comprises the steps of sampling the fibers, transporting them by air flow to the torsional forming device, forming the yarn and withdrawing it from the spinning unit. At the stage of formation, the yarn is heated in the zone of the twist threshold to a temperature of 73-88% of the melting point of the synthetic fibers.

The invention relates to the textile industry.
Цель изобретени - повышение качества пр жи путем увеличени разрывной нагрузки и снижени ее ворсистости .The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of yarn by increasing the breaking load and reducing its fleece.
The proposed method of obtaining yarn is characterized by sampling the fibers of the feeding tape, transporting the fibers by air flow to the torsion forming device, forming the yarn and withdrawing it from the spinning unit, the yarn being formed in the spinning unit when heated to a temperature of 73 -88% of the melting point of synthetic fibers.
The yarn preparation is carried out as follows.
Волокнистую ленту из смеси хлопкового и синтетического волокон или Только из синтетического волокна под (ЛFibrous tape from a mixture of cotton and synthetic fibers or only from synthetic fiber under (L
The sampling is done and the severed fibers are transported by air flow to the torsional forming unit of the pneumatic spinning machine. At the yarn forming station, the yarn is heated with a heating element. Depending on the type of plastic being processed, the linear density of the yarn and the rate of its release from the spinning device, the heating temperature is 73-88% of the melting point of the synthetic fibers.
According to the proposed method, the yarn obtained has the following characteristics: the tensile strength for mixed yarn (50% polyester fiber and 50% cotton fiber) is 11.5-12.1 cN / tex, for polyamide fiber - 14.3-15, 0 cN / tex, dL
The hairiness of all types of these yarns is 2-5 hairs in a 10 mm yarn area. The specified molding temperature range allows the best breaking load and hairiness to be obtained.
Она может перерабатыватьс на ткацких станках в качестве основных нитей в ткан х технического назначени и использоватьс в качестве крученых нитей без дополнительной обработки (трощени , шлихтовани , кручени ).Przh, obtained by the proposed method, has high performance properties. It can be processed on weaving machines as the main yarns in fabrics for technical purposes and used as twisted yarns without additional processing (knitting, dressing, twisting).
