Description
The invention relates to the purification of ammonium rosanide from impurities to obtain a product of reactive qualification and is used in the chemical industry.
Цель изобретени - обеспечение возможности очистки концентрированных растворов и снижени потерь роданистого аммони .The purpose of the invention is to provide the possibility of purifying concentrated solutions and reducing the loss of ammonium ammonium.
Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что согласно способу очистки роданистого аммони , включающему осаждение примесей барийсодержашим осадителем и адсорбцию их активированным углем с последующей фильтрацией, кристаллизацией и сушкой, в качестве барий- содержащего осадител используют свежеосажденную пагту гидратирован- ного карбоната бари в стехиометри- ческом отношении к содержанию SO;-, а осаждение ведут после дополнительной обработки раствором супьсЬида аммони .The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of purification of ammonium ammonium, including the precipitation of impurities with a barium-containing precipitator and their adsorption with activated carbon, followed by filtration, crystallization and drying, freshly precipitated hydrated carbonate is used as a barium-containing precipitant in stoichiometric ratio the content of SO; -, and the deposition is carried out after additional treatment with a solution of ammonium hydroxide.
1).The proposed method allows to intensify the process and reduce the technological time of operations (Table 1).
The determined sequence of introduction of precipitating agents — first, ammonium sulfide, then a paste of hydrated barium carbonate — increases the filtration properties of the suspensions and reduces the time needed for filtration. In the first stage (with the introduction of ammonium sulfide), a finely dispersed precipitate of iron sulfide and heavy metals is precipitated, which hangs in the solution and which cannot be separated by filtration. It clogs the porous partitions, passes through the filter fabric, enters the finished product. The subsequent introduction of a freshly precipitated paste of hydrated barium carbonate, which has a developed active surface, leads not only to the precipitation of succiofates, but also to the coagulation, previously

It is this deposition sequence that allows to significantly reduce the consumption of precipitates and increase the yield of the finished product.
The precipitator is consumed in a 1: 1 stoichiometric ratio. With less consumption of the precipitant, the purification is not complete. A larger consumption of precipitator is not advisable, the complete precipitation of sulfates and purification do not increase, but additional sludges appear, the quality of products and technical and economic indicators deteriorate.
