Устройство состоит из П-образного кронштейна 1, шаблона 2, выполненного Т-образной формы, опертого на кронштейн и имеющего углублени  3 с плоским дном, параллельно расположенных угольников 4, соединенных с гибкими подводками 5. Угольники 4 выполнены со стороны смесител  в виде двухступенчатой втулки 6, на первой ступени 7 которой размещен уплотнительный элемент 8, а со стороны шаблона угольники 4 имеют выступ 9, форма торцовой поверхности которого соответствует форме углублений.
