Abstract
SThe invention relates to a machine tool industry and can be used for turning external shaped surfaces on turning-turret lathes. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of processing by increasing the rigidity of the head. The head includes a housing 1, in which the tool holder 7 is rotatably mounted on an axis with a feeler gauge 8 in the form of a roller. A copier 4 is installed in the rectangular guide bodies with a groove formed by two equidistant shaped surfaces 5 and 6. The copier is spring-loaded relative to the body and a stop 16 is installed in it. The rotation of the tool holder 7 is limited by an eccentric pin. During the machining process, the toolholder does not change its position until the moment when the stop 16 interacts with the end of the workpiece, since the probe does not move relative to the surfaces 5 and 6 of the copier. When the copier 4 is stopped by means of the stop 16. The probe moves along the groove, and the tool holder, turning, processes the shaped surface. 3 il. S

The probe 8 contacts the equidistant profile surfaces 5 and 6. The tool holder 7 is behind the tool 10 attached to it. mouth The axis can be rotated on the axis 1e fixed in the housing 1 and its side surfaces rests on the response surfaces in the housing 1 of the HEAD5 and the axis 11 of rotation of the tool holder 7 is located farther from the axis of the head than the tool 10. movement, relative to the toolholder in a happy, iap direction for conversion.
17 The housing 1 also has an eccentric pin 12 (FIG. 3), the tip of which fits into the groove of the tool holder 7, which is made on its side surface. The finger 12 is fixed by a screw 13. A spring 14 is located between the body 1 and the cam 4. To adjust the tension of the spring 14 in the body 1, a screw 15 is installed. A screw 165 is installed in the threaded hole of the copier 4 to cooperate with the face of the workpiece 17
Before starting the tool holder 7, under the influence of the spring 14 and the surface 6 of the copier 4, which is in contact with the probe 8, is in the initial position. The original position of the tool holder 7 relative to the axis of the head, and hence the depth of incision, is adjusted by an eccentric pin 12 followed by fixing with a screw 13. Depending on the diameter of the workpiece, the position of the cutter 10 is adjusted in the radial direction. When the turret slide moves longitudinally, the head advances on the workpiece 17 and turn around The outer surface of the part is in contact with, until the stop 16 is in contact with the end of the workpiece. In this case, the emerging cutting forces are closed on the eccentric pin 12 and the surface 6 in the groove of the copier 4. The movement of which in the radial direction is limited by the direction 2 and 3 The length of the turning is adjusted by axial movement of the stop 16 relative to the housing 1, followed by fixing with a lock nut 18, After the stop 16 comes into contact with the end of the workpiece, the copier 4 stops; and the hollow body 1 continues to move in the axial direction. In this case, the toolholder probe 8, in contact with the surface 5, rotates the toolholder 7 around the axis 115, moving the tool 10, which is required for machining the shaped surface. The shape of the shaped surface is determined by the surface profile 5. After processing, the head is accelerated backwards with a course of a revolving caliper. The spring 14 presses the copier 4. KOTopbMj moving relative to the housing Is rotates the tool holder 7 by means of the surface 6 contacting with the probe 8 and the tool 10 is retracted to the initial position.
