Изобретение относитс к металлургии , в частности к разработке составов сплавов дл посто нных магнитов .The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular, to the development of alloy compositions for permanent magnets.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the yield of magnets with a columnar structure and the twisting of the coercive force,
The choice of boundary limits additionally introduced into the composition of the alloy for permanent silicon and manganese magnets is determined as follows.
Manganese in the indicated concentrations causes monodectic transformation near the liquidus temperature in UNCTT type alloys containing sulfur and carbon, which leads to an increase in the tendency of these alloys to columnar crystallization and an increase in the yield of cast magnets. In addition, manganese enhances the high coercive decomposition of the alloy during thermomagnetic processing, as a result of which the coercive force of the magnets increases
Silicon increases the activity of manganese in alloys of this type.
The smelting of the proposed alloy is carried out as follows.
После введени серы температуру расплава довод т до 1690 С и делают при этой температуре вьщержку в течение 2-3 мин, после чего металл вьшускают в ковш и разливают по формам .Iron, cobalt, nickel and copper are first melted, then carbon in the form of an iron – carbon alloy is added to the melt and held for 1–1.5 min. Next, the elements are added in the following sequence: silicon, 0.5 min; manganese, 0.5 min; niobium, shutter speed 0,5-t, 0 min; aluminum; titanium; sulfur. Sulfur is added as a ferroster. After the introduction of sulfur, the temperature of the melt is adjusted to 1690 ° C and made at the same temperature for 2-3 minutes, after which the metal is extruded into the ladle and poured into molds.
Extracting the melt before releasing it from the furnace into the ladle is necessary for better absorption of sulfur by the alloy. The temperature of the melt should not exceed 1680 ° C, since this leads to a decrease in the height of the columnar zone of the crystal in the castings. When
Сокращение времени выдержки расплава приводит к неполному растворению сульфидов , вследствие чего количество серы , активно участвующей в процессе кристаллизации, уменьшаетс и образование столбчатых кристаллов в отливке затрудн етс .use in the composition of the mixture of own foundry return holding time of the melt at 1680 ° C is increased to 10 minutes. This is necessary in order for the sulfides present in the return to completely dissolve. Reducing the holding time of the melt leads to incomplete dissolution of sulfides, as a result of which the amount of sulfur actively participating in the crystallization process decreases and the formation of columnar crystals in the casting is difficult.

The solid input into the composition of the proposed magnetic alloy of manganese and silicon provides an increase in the yield of usable magnets by 1.1–1.3 times and coercive force by 1.1–1.24 times.
