Abstract
О)The invention relates to the technology of manufacturing electrical machines and can be used in precision instrument making and electrical engineering. The aim of the invention is to increase the coefficient of i ieHTa filling of the package with a magnetically conductive material made of an alloy based on cobalt and iron. Suspension on the basis of the powder, wt.%: Silicon 75-95, iron - the rest is applied to the plates of the magnetic circuit. The grain size is 1-5 microns. Suspension on 40 g of powder 100 g of alcohol, annealing is performed at 1160-1300 0 for 1 hour, then cooled to 820 ° C at a rate of 1 hour and kept at this temperature for 1-6 hours, then cooled to 20 ° and removed from the oven. The plates are assembled in a bag, which is compressed and compacted and annealed in a furnace. ABOUT)

The invention relates to the manufacturing technology of magnetic conductor electric machines and can be used in precision instrument making and the electrical industry. ; The purpose of the invention is to increase the filling ratio of the package with a magnetically-conductive material made from an alloy based on cobalt and iron.
The method of drying is as follows.
The plates of the magnetic conductor are made, a suspension is applied to the plates, the plates are collected in a package, which is pressed and annealed in it.
75-95The alcohol suspension to coat the magnetic core plates contains a mixture of silicon and iron powders as follows; the total ratio of components May.%: I Silicon 75-95

при размере зерен порошков t-5 мкм.when the grain size of powders t-5 microns.
The suspension is used in the manufacture of a laminated monolithic magnet line as follows.
The alloy, coating composition, wt.%: Silicon 75, the rest of the iron, crushed in a metal mortar to a grain size of about 500 microns. After this, zo wt.%: Silicon 75, iron - the rest,
The ground alloy is placed in an M-36 planetary mill and ground in alcohol for 2 minutes to obtain a suspension with a grain size of 1-5 µm containing 100 g of alcohol per 40 g of powder. Powder in an amount of less than 40 grams is not enough to obtain a uniform dielectric interlayer. When the amount of powder is more than 40 g, the thick layer is large, as a result of which the coefficient of filling of the package with steel decreases,
After being removed from the mill, the slurry is placed in a glass beaker. Before applying the suspension plate degreased.
The application of the suspension on the plate toltdina mm from an alloy containing,%: carbon 0.03, silicon not more than 0.15, manganese not more than 0.3, sulfur and phosphorus not more than 0.01, nickel not more than 0.3, cobalt 50, vanadium 1.8, iron - the rest, carried out by immersing them in suspension, followed by laying on a ceramic mandrel
