Левый и правый режущие зубцы / и 2 открытого профил  расположены в каждом звене пильной цепи попарно несимметрично. Вершины 3 и 4 режущих зубцов смещены в звень х по длине цепи одна относительно другой, что обеспечивает перерезание одних и тех же волокон разновременно и исключает недостатки в стружкообразовании имевшие место при парном симметричном расположении зубцов.
