The invention relates to the field of enrichment of ores of non-ferrous and ferrous metals, non-metallic raw materials, and in particular to methods of preparing minerals for enrichment.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of extraction of the valuable component in mineral processing.
д.). Unlike grinding construction materials, grinding ores to prepare for subsequent enrichment provides for maximum opening of the useful components with minimal overgrinding, only in this case the subsequent enrichment process is optimal. It is important that the useful components concentrate in a narrow range of relatively large fractions, but do not turn into small fractions (i.e., less than 0.050 mm), from which the useful components cannot be extracted using existing enrichment methods (flotation, flotation gravity, etc.).
The method of preparation of minerals for enrichment is carried out as follows.
Example 1. Tin-containing ore of 2 mm size was exposed to accelerated electrons at the accelerator IPU-6 (pulsed action, pulse duration 600 ISS, pulse power up to 2 MW average electron energy 1.7 MeV, dose absorbed 0.6 J / g at dose rates of 0.04 J / G C. Ore grinding and its particle size analysis were performed under identical conditions using a well-known conventional technique.
1.The results of particle size analysis and data on the extraction of tin in each size class when processed in the parameters of the proposed and known methods are summarized in table. one.

Example 9: No Irradiation
2,2-4,2%.As a result of the irradiation of tin-containing ore, a statistically significant redistribution of the fractions and the tin content in them takes place. With doses of 0.6-2.0 J / g and dose rates of 0.04-0.07 J / Gh-s, the yield of technologically valuable classes (-0.071 + 0.063- 0.063 + 0.050 mm), as compared to unirradiated ore, increases from 89.3 to 94.1% i. by 4.3%, and the content of the technologically undesirable class (- 0.050 mm) decreases from 7.2 to 1.8-2.5%. At the same time, the extraction of tin into the technologically desirable classes increases from 87.2 to 95.0- 96.5%, i.e. by 7.7-9.2%. In the class - 0.050 mm, which is the source of the main losses of the valuable component during flotation, the tin content falls from 10.1 to 2.2-4.2%.
8%.All other things being equal, further technological processing of tin-containing ore (flotation, flotation, etc.) indicates that irradiation of the ore with small doses of accelerated electrons, acting 1x in a pulsed mode, leads to a total increase in the extraction of tin by the order of magnitude eight%.
Example 10. The iron ore of MGOK (KMA) with a particle size of -3 + 1.2 mm was exposed to a pulsed beam of accelerated electrons, similarly to Example 1. An irradiation dose of 1.5 J / g, a dose rate of 0.06 J / G C,
2.The results of particle size analysis after grinding for 45 minutes and data on the extraction of iron during magnetic separation are given in Table. 2
Example 11. According to the conditions of Example 10, the radiation dose was 0.06 J / g (the limiting case).
Example 12. According to the conditions of Example 10, an irradiation dose of 2.0 J / g (limiting case).
Example 13. According to the conditions of Example 10, an irradiation dose of 0.5 J / g (below the stated limit).
Example 14 (known) Irradiation with a stationary beam, an irradiation dose of 1.0 J / g,
Example 15: No Irradiation
As follows from Dann Table 2, when iron ore was irradiated within the limits specified for tin ore (irradiation dose 0.6-2.0 J / g, dose rate 0.04-0.07 J / g: s), similar effects are observed: the redistribution of fractions during grinding (class rate — 0.032 mm) increases from 55.5% in unirradiated ore to 77.63% when irradiated with a dose of 2.0 J / g; data on the magnetic separation of ground ore b1-part: they increase the extraction of iron after
2-3.5% compared with the 20 dose rate of 0.04-0.07 J / gs,
