Abstract
б. (ЛInvention m. used in heat exchange installations with intensifying inserts in the channels made of porous permeable material. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the flow resistance of the channel. The porous insert, installed in the channel with overlapping section, is made with a specific surface area (UE) variable along its length. The inset of the insert increases from the inlet to the outlet in case of moving the heated gas and the cooled liquid and decreases in the same direction as the cooled gas and the heated liquid move. When moving a heat carrier that changes its state of aggregation, the insert has a maximum value of UE between its inlet and outlet sections. A change in the UE compensates for a change in the viscosity of the gas and liquid, which can lead to an increase in flow resistance. 2 Il. (L

The invention relates to power, chemical and transport engineering and can be used in heat exchange installations with intensifying inserts in channels made of porous permeable material.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the flow resistance of the channel.
Figure 1 shows the gas-liquid heat exchanger, longitudinal section; 2 shows a channel for the condensation of steam.
A tube-in-tube heat exchanger contains an inner 1 and an outer 2 pipe with a central 3 and an annular 4 channel. The annular channel is closed at the ends by clamps 5. In channels 3 and 4, porous inserts with a specific surface area variable along the length of the channel are installed with overlapping sections. Insert in the Central channel 3 is made in the form of a package of plates 6-11, and in the annular channel 4 - in the form of a package of plates 12-17. In order to reduce the hydraulic resistance of the channel, the specific surface of the plates 6-11 either monotonously increases or decreases. Similarly, the specific surface of the plates 12–17 in channel 4 channel 18 for the coolant varies, changed; it is in the process of moving the aggregate state (vapor condensation) consists of a pipe 19 in which a porous permeable insert is installed with a variable length along the channel specific surface area. The insert is made in the form of a plate pack 20-25. In order to reduce the channel hydraulic resistance, the specific surface of the plates along the channel length first increases (for example, plates 20-22), and then the specific surface of the plates is destroyed (for example, plates 23-25). Thus, the specific surface of the insert in the channel 18 has a maximum value in the section located in the area between the inlet 26 and the outlet 27 in sections.
The heat exchanger operates as follows.
Heated gas at mass velocity (pv) is moved through channel 4. Liquid with mass velocity (pv) moves through channel 3. Heat is transferred from the liquid to the plates 6-11, then through the wall - to the plates 12-17, and from 1H1X - gas flow (fv) j. Guide

From formula (1) f, it can be seen that this leads to an increase in the hydraulic resistance of the LR insert. On the other hand, the quantity o / is proportional to S, and the magnitude / 5 is S k, n is a constant, not less than one). The change in the porosity of the plates 12-17 compensates for this increase, i.e. the total hydraulic resistance of channel 3 is reduced.
(1):For a liquid, viscosity increases with decreasing temperature, i.e. the flow resistance of the insert in channel 4 increases with a drop in temperature. This is evident from the following 0 modification of formula (1):

Изменение удельной поверхности компенсирует возрастание dp.The change in specific surface compensates for the increase in dp.
Предлагаемый теплообменник можно также использовать дп охлаждени потока (р v) газа и нагрева потока (р v),, дл чего достаточно помен ть направлени движени указанных теплоносителей .The proposed heat exchanger can also be used by dp cooling the gas flow (p v) and heating the gas flow (p v), for which it is enough to change the direction of movement of the indicated coolants.
Channel 18 for steam condensation works as follows.
19.From the side of the wall, the heat flow Q.-Vapor supplied to the channel 18 from the side of the inlet section 26 is taken at a mass velocity (pv), cooled in the plates 20-25, condensed in the plate 22, then the liquid is cooled in the plates 23-25. The change in the specific surface of the plates in the channel 18 compensates for the change in the viscosity of the vapor (gas) and the fluid, which in the case of S const can, according to formulas (1) and (2), lead to an increase in the flow resistance of the channel. The proposed channel can be used unchanged to evaporate the liquid. Here, the heat flux q is supplied to the wall of the pipe 19.
