The invention relates to metallurgy, and more specifically to steels for the manufacture of hot stamping dies, which during operation are exposed to elevated temperatures and cyclic heat exchanges.
The aim of the invention is to increase hot hardness while maintaining a high level of ductility and toughness.
58Q°C.In tab. 1 shows the chemical compositions of the proposed and known steel, and table. 2 - properties of the proposed and known steel after heat treatment according to the mode: annealing at 870, isothermal suspension at 720 ° С for 5 h, quenching from 1040-1060 ° С to oil and double tempering at 600 and 58Q ° C.
The characteristics of strength and ductility on an IM-12R testing machine on samples (zS 6 mm and a calculated length of 30 mm and samples with a thread of 0-6 mm and a calculated length of 30 mm. When testing, take three samples per point.
The impact strength of the studied steels is determined on standard samples 10 (10 55 mm (type 1) on an erecting copra. Three samples are taken at each point.
