Через смещенный отломок провод т репонирующую спицу 8, закрепл ют ее в спецзажимах 7, враща  гайки на шпильках 5 и 9i смещают спицезажимы 3, осуществл   репозицию отломков , что обеспечивает их стабильную фиксацию. Устройство дл  лечени  переломов п точной и таранной костей стопы содержит дугообразный корпус 1 с нижними спицезажимами 2 и кронштейнами 3, в которых вырезаны продольные прорези 4. К корпусу 1 креп тс  горизонтальные шпильки 5 с помощью шарниров 6, на которых установлены подвижные спецзажимы 7 с репо- нирующей спицей 8 и вертикальными шпильками 9. Концы вертикальных шпилек 9 проход т в продольные прорези 4 кронштейнов 3.
