Abstract
The invention relates to metallurgy, and more specifically to steels with improved physicomechanical properties and wear resistance, intended for the manufacture of working bodies of earth-moving machinery, operating in severe geological and climatic conditions. The purpose of the invention is to increase the resistance to abrasive wear, heat resistance and the tendency to self-sharpening tools. An increase in these characteristics is achieved due to the additional introduction of vanadium and boron into steel. Steel has the following chemical composition, wt.%: From 0.23 to 0.28; Si 0.4-0.6; № i 0.4-0.6; Cr 2, 0-3.0; Ni 1.5-2.5; Ti 0.03-0.07; V 0.1-0.15; B 0.001-0.005; Fe rest. After quenching with tempering at 150, the steel has a high complex of mechanical properties in combination with high heat resistance and wear resistance. 4 tab. SP

0,01-0,02.The proposed steel may contain as impurities, wt.%: Phosphorus 20 0.01-0.07, sulfur 0.01-0.02.
150-2QO°C.Steel was subjected to heat treatment for rezhiku; water quenching at 1000-1050 С and tempering at 150-2QO ° C.
The abrasive wear resistance of the proposed steel was determined by industrial testing of the tips of bulldozers-rippers on the basis of 330 hp tractors. in the development of permafrost and rocky soil -30- in the autumn-winter., spring and summer periods.
Интенсивность изнашивани определ ли в г/мин, скорость изнашивани - Б мм/мин и козффициент самозатачива- 35 ни , Е, при чистом времени рыхлени .The wear rate was determined in g / min, the wear rate — B mm / min, and the coefficient of self-sharpening, E, for the pure time of loosening.

Чем больше значение коэффициента самозатачивани Е, тем интенсивнее наконечник самозатачиваетс ,0,23 0,5 0,01 0,015 2,5 1,5 0,1 0,15 0,07 0,0025 0, 26 0,6 0,013 0,01 2,01 2,0 0,1 0,1 0,045 0,001 0, 280, 4 0,0200,02 3,0 2,5 0,1 0,02 0,005 The self-sharpening coefficient characterizes the ability of the tool to maintain its geometry in the process of wear, and therefore, to maintain the calculated power consumption of dredging into the soil for the entire period of operation up to wear limit. The greater the value of the self-sharpening coefficient E, the more intense the tip is self-sharpening,
4.The results of wear of tips on rocky soils of the proposed and known steels are given in Table. four.
