Description
The invention relates to automation and measurement technology and is intended to control the resource consumption of equipment, wear and aging of which occurs both in the on and off state.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the device.
Figure 1 presents the block diagram of the proposed device; Fig.2 is a one-shot circuit.
Устройство содержит генератор 1 тактовых импульсов, первый 2 и второй 3 делители частоты, ключ 4 (элемент И-НЕ), первый элемент ИЛИ-НЕ 5, одновибратор 6, второй элемент ИЛИ- НЕ 7, интегратор 8, блок 9 индикации и источник 10 напр жени .The device contains a generator of 1 clock pulses, the first 2 and second 3 frequency dividers, the key 4 (the element AND-NOT), the first element OR-NOT 5, the single-oscillator 6, the second element OR-NOT 7, the integrator 8, the display unit 9 and the source 10 tension
13.The one-vibration 6 -contains the elements NOT 11 and 12 and the element AND-NO 13.
The device for monitoring the consumption of the life of the instrument operates as follows
At the initial moment of time (at the starting point of the instrument life), the dividers 2 and 3 frequencies and the integrator 8 are set to the zero state (the initial installation circuits are not shown in the diagram). During the entire operating time of the monitored instrument, a logic level O is applied to the input of the device. A zero signal is present at the first input of the OR-NOT 5 element, and a sequence of pulses from the output of the first divider passes through the first input of the second OR-NOT 7 element
2 frequencies. At the second input of the second element OR NOT 7 there is a zero signal, therefore the inverted pulses from its first input are fed to the integrator 8 input. in the on state.
When the monitored device is in the off state, the logic level 1 arrives at the device input. The element 5 is at the zero level output, and at the output of the key 4, a pulse sequence appears at a frequency proportional to the rate of consumption of the device in the switched on state. condition. Одновибратор 6 необходим дл получени нулевого сигнала на втором входе элемента ИЛИ-НЕ 7 при переходе контролируемого прибора из отключенного состо ни в рабочее.the pulse sequence with a frequency proportional to a more, slow consumption of the device resource in the disconnected state. On the leading edge of each pulse of this sequence, the one-shot 6 generates a short pulse, the duration of which is determined by the response time of the element NOT 11. These pulses, passed through the element OR-NO 7, are summed by the integrator 8. The one-shot 6 is necessary to obtain a zero signal at the second input the element OR NOT 7 when the monitored device goes from the disabled to the working state.
When the contents of the integrator 8 reach a critical value (its own for each type of monitored devices), an additional LED of the display unit 9 lights up, which indicates the end of the service life of the device. If it is necessary to display the actual value of the resource consumption, power is supplied to the segment indicators (not shown) of block 9, and the numerical value of the consumed instrument resource is displayed on them.
All units of the device are powered from a voltage source 10. The current consumption of the device is about 0.5 mA due to the use of low power CMOS. When used as a source of 10 voltage of two dry galvanic cells of type 3336, the device can operate continuously for 1000 hours. If it is necessary to monitor a longer device life, it is advisable to use a rechargeable battery with its charging during the on state of the monitored device.
Thus, due to the introduction of digital elements into the device, the accuracy of taking into account the consumed resource is significantly increased due to the absence of integration errors for longer (10–10 times) time intervals compared to the known device. The technical and economic effect is due to the accuracy of the device 5.
