Дл получени ангидрида фторсульфоновой кислоты фторсульфат хлора или пероксидисульфурилдифторид обрабатывают окисью углерода в среде фторсульфоновой кислоты, содержащей 20-22% п тифтористой сурьмы при нормальных услови х . В реакторе через смесь 4 г фторсульфоновой кислоты, 1 г п тифтористой сурьмы и 40 г фторсульфата хлора барботируют 1 ч окись углерода при 10°С. Отгонкой получают 26,6 г ангидрида с выходом 97,5%. В реакторе через смесь 10 г фторсульфоновой кислоты, 2,5 г п тифтористой сурьмы и 39,6 г пероксидисульфурилдифторида барботируют 1,5 ч окись углерода при 40°С.
