The quality of fabrics printed with foam inks. On machines with engraved shafts, is determined by the following indicators: color intensity (visually and using a leukometer '); the degree of penetration of printing ink into the fabric based on measurements of the whiteness of the fabric from the front and back sides of the device leukometer; sharpness of the contours of the drawing by measuring the difference in the width of the lines printed · on the fabric and engraved on the shaft; mechanical strength of the fabric; durability of stains to physicochemical effects.
The table shows the characteristics of the foam printing compositions used for printing fabrics on machines with engraved shafts, and the results of determining the quality of printed fabrics.
The proposed composition of foam printing inks for printing on machines with engraved shafts allows you to get clean bright colors on fabrics with high rates of strength to physico-chemical influences,
5%.By changing the structure of the system, foam inks with a final dynamic viscosity of 1; 80-1.86 P at a shear rate of 1500 s' 1 have a uniform cutting power of 50, provide a clear contour of the picture when printing with engraved rollers and have less * with a higher degree of penetration to the wrong side and this contributes to an increase in the color intensity by 5%.
The mechanical strength of fabrics printed with pennies on machines with 1265227 engraved shafts is within normal limits.
As follows from the table, the proposed foamy printing composition provides an increase in foam stability, color intensity and clarity of the contour on the printed material, as well as an increase in the resistance to abrasion of the latter.
In addition, the proposed foamy printing composition allows to increase the strength of the color to dry cleaning in comparison with the known compositions and provides high strength characteristics of the colors.
