(54) (57) METHOD OF STIMULATING GROWTH OF PIGLET, including feeding probiotics, characterized in that, in order to improve the efficiency of the method, Escherichia coli No. CMPMV-3040, which is fed to the pig there once in 1-2 days, is used as probiotic age at a dose of 10 billion microbial cells.
C /) The invention relates to livestock breeding and can be used to stimulate the growth of young farm animals. The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the method of stimulating the growth of pigs. The invention is illustrated by the following example. In the experiment conducted in the experimental household of the Klenovo-Chegodaev VIZH, there are two groups of 23 heads each: 1 is the control, 2 is the experimental. Poros there at 1-2 days old was fed once by 10 billion microbial cells per head of Escherichia coli culture No. CMPMB-3040. The duration of the experiment was 46 days. In the period of experience teach. There were cases of indigestion in pigs of both groups, their weight and safety. The results are presented in the table. These tables show that although in the experimental group already at the beginning of the experiment there were more pigs (5 versus one in the control group) with indigestion, in the future, the introduction of Escherichia coli culture No. CMPV-3040 prevented digestive upset in this pigment groups. So, in the experimental group
The change in body weight, the safety and the number of digestive disorders in pigs when fed with the culture of Escherichia coli No. CMPMV-3040 and the pigs of the control group with cases of disorders; digestion was 13%, and c. control 56%. This contributed to a better use of nutrients in the diet and an increase in the average daily weight gain in the test group of pigs compared with the control group; Rolling by 20%. The difference is statistically significant (, 05). Dacha culture increased the preservation of pigs by 13.4%. When studying the effect of the proposed culture and the culture of colibacterin (prototype), it was established that the livestock animals equally contribute to the safety, ensuring 100% safety. The effect of probiotic from Escharichia coli culture No. ShchMB-3040, compared with colibacterin, was more pronounced in terms of the effect on average daily weight gain. So in experiments on calves treated with colibacterin, there was no increase in average daily weight gain. Probiotics, from the culture of Escherichia coli No. TsMPMV3040, increased the average daily weight gain by 10.1%, and calves by 21.8%. Increased statistically significantly. The advantage of the proposed culture of Escherichia coli No. CMPMB-3040 is single feeding at J-2 days of age and for the second time only in cases of indigestion in animals.
