00 00 11 Изобретение относитс к способам осушки органических растворителей, которые наход т применение при получении полимеров, красителей, лекарст венных препаратов. Целью изобретени вл етс упрощение процесса. Пример 1. В трехгорлую колбу емкостью 250 мл, снабженную мешалкой, газоподвод щей трубкой, загружают 100 г диглима с содержанием влаги 0,25 мас.% и 5 г карбоната кали с содержанием влаги 19,85 мас.% и пропускают при перемешивании 9,1 г карбонилфторида в течение 6 ч. Образовавшийс бифторид кали отфильтровьюают . Содержание влаги в диглиме после обработки составл ет 0,004 мас. (определ ют по методу Фишера). Примеры 2-11 .Процесс ведут аналогично примеру 1 при загрузке 100 г растворител . 02 Результаты приведены в таблице. Предложенный способ позвол ет получать растворители с низким содержанием влаги (0,009-0,001%) при использовании неогнеопасного осушающего агента, тогда как известный способ предполагает использование огнеопасного LiAlH (самовоспламен етс на воздухе). Кроме того, предложенный способ позвол ет вести процесс при температуре окружающей среды без последу-, ющей перегонки (согласно известному .способу необходимо кип тить органический растворитель с LiAlHi с последующей перегонкой). Используемый согласно предложенному способу карбонилфторид вл етс отходом производства окисей фторированных олефинов, тогда как LiAlH дорогосто щий реагент.00 00 11 The invention relates to methods for drying organic solvents that are used in the preparation of polymers, dyes, and drugs. The aim of the invention is to simplify the process. Example 1. A 250 ml three-necked flask equipped with a stirrer, a gas supply tube was charged with 100 g of diglyme with a moisture content of 0.25% by weight and 5 g of potassium carbonate with a moisture content of 19.85% by weight and passed with stirring 9, 1 g of carbonyl fluoride for 6 hours. The resulting potassium bifluoride is filtered off. The moisture content of the diglyme after treatment is 0.004 wt. (determined by the Fisher method). Examples 2-11. The process is carried out analogously to example 1 when loading 100 g of solvent. 02 The results are shown in the table. The proposed method allows to obtain solvents with a low moisture content (0.009-0.001%) using a non-flammable drying agent, while the known method involves the use of flammable LiAlH (self-igniting in air). In addition, the proposed method allows the process to be conducted at ambient temperature without subsequent distillation (according to the known method, it is necessary to boil the organic solvent with LiAlHi followed by distillation). The carbonyl fluoride used according to the proposed method is a waste product for the production of oxides of fluorinated olefins, while LiAlH is an expensive reagent.
