Изобретение относитс  к вакуумной технике , а именно к механическим вакуумным насосам с масл ным уплотнением, и может найти применение в электротехнической и электронной промышленности. Цель изобретени  - снижение предельного остаточного давлени  насоса. На фиг. 1 изображен насос, в котором использована предлагаема  система смазки, продольный разрез; на фиг. 2 - узел I на фиг. 1; на фиг. 3 - разрез А-А фиг. 2. Система смазки механического вакуумного насоса содержит дегазационную камеру 1, сообщенную с картером 2 при помощи маслопровода 3, в котором расположен маслонасос 4, и гидравлически св занную с рабочей полостью насоса. Маслопровод 3 снабжен размещенной со стороны камеры 1 центробежной форсункой 5 с поперечным стержнем 6 в выходном отверстии. Вакуумный насос содержит две ступени откачки. В дегазационную камеру 1 масло подаетс  по маслопроводу 3 с помощью маслонасоса 4. Центробежной форсункой 5 масло распыл етс  во внутреннюю полость камеры 1 с образованием сплошной тонкой пленки , имеющей конусную поверхность. При обтекании маслом стержн  б, размещенного в выходном отверстии форсунки 5, в пленке распыл емого масла возникает разрыв, что ведет к увеличению поверхности дегазируемого масла. Камера 1 откачиваетс  второй ступенью вакуумного насоса. Обезгаженное масло подаетс  в рабочую полость насоса. Таким образом, снабжение маслопровода форсункой с поперечным стержнем позвол ет увеличить поверхность масл ной пленки и повысить тем самым эффективность обезгаживани  масла, что ведет в процессе работы вакуумного насоса к снижению его предельного остаточного давлени .The invention relates to vacuum technology, namely to mechanical vacuum pumps with an oil seal, and may find application in the electrical and electronic industries. The oil pipe 3 is provided with a centrifugal nozzle 5 located on the side of the chamber 1 with a transverse rod 6 in the outlet. The vacuum pump contains two stages of pumping. Oil is supplied to the degassing chamber 1 through the oil pipe 3 by means of an oil pump 4. The oil is sprayed into the internal cavity of chamber 1 by a centrifugal nozzle 5 to form a continuous thin film having a tapered surface. When oil is wrapped around the rod b, placed in the outlet of the nozzle 5, a rupture occurs in the film of sprayed oil, which leads to an increase in the surface of the oil being degassed. Chamber 1 is pumped out with a second stage vacuum pump. The degreased oil is supplied to the pump working cavity. Thus, the supply of the oil pipe with a nozzle with a transverse rod allows to increase the surface of the oil film and thereby increase the efficiency of oil degassing, which leads to a decrease in its maximum residual pressure during the operation of the vacuum pump.
