73 W The invention relates to a machine tool industry, and more specifically to end feed cartridges for fastening billet-type shafts installed in centers, and can be used if it is necessary to complete processing of the workpiece in one installation at the centers. The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability by eliminating the rubbing force between the parts and the possible transfer between them. The drawing shows the device, a General view in axial section. The driver device includes a housing 1 with a tapered shank 2, a floating center 3, installed in the center hole of the housing 1 and spring A. spring-loaded therein. The spring 4 is tensioned with a special nut 5, the screw 6 prevents the spring from twisting and jamming during operation. On the case 1, an additional case 7 is freely mounted, the stroke of which is limited by a screw 8. A changeable leash 9 with teeth 10 is connected to the case 7 on a spherical surface A through a support 11, which can be rotated at a certain angle along the sphere, while turning the support is limited by a nut 12, the Leader 9 on the support 11 is installed by means of the thread 13 while it is always installed against the stop at the end of the support 11. The thread 13 is made so that the direction of the turns is opposite to the direction of the cutting force during the machining of the workpiece, which both bakes the self-supporting workpiece 14 with a leash 9 as the cutting force increases, which tends to twist the leash 9c of the support 11 during the cutting process, while always cutting its teeth 10 into the end of the workpiece 14. Rotation from the body 1 to the leash 9 is transmitted through the additional body 7 and The pins 15, pressed into the housing 7 and the supports 11 freely seated in the hole 16 with a gap, ensure that there is no turning of the support with a lead for their self-alignment. An additional body 7 with a spherical surface A is introduced into the structure to improve the maintainability of the cartridge, where the spherical surface works more for wear than other parts. Replaceable leash 9 is preferable to install on a stop thread, because it works well with a large one-sided axial load, which occurs in the drive cartridge, and, moreover, the stop thread has good self-braking properties, which ensures reliable clamping of the teeth of the leash to the workpiece. The processing in the drive cartridge is performed as follows. A housing 1 with a tapered shank 2 is installed in the spindle bore of a machine tool (not shown). The workpiece 14 with one of its ends is installed on the floating center 3 and when the tailstock quills are extended (not shown), the rotating center of it through the workpiece 14 acts on the spring-loaded center 3, inserting it in the opening of the housing 1 before the teeth 10 of the interchangeable leash 9 contact with the end of the workpiece 14. Under the action of the force of the rear center, the sharp ends of the teeth 10 cut into the end face of the workpiece 14, ensuring the transmission of torque to it during the cutting process. The spherical surface of the support 11 of the driver 9 serves to self-fix the latter when the end of the workpiece 14 is skewed. In the case of an increase in the cutting force, the torque from its action twists the change leash 9 along the thread 13 and the teeth 10 of the driver 9 additionally cut into the end face of the workpiece 14, providing constant reliable contact of all teeth of the driver with the end face of the workpiece 14. The interchangeable lead 9 is selected depending on the diameter of the workpiece and the allowance that must be removed during machining of the workpiece in one installation.
