00 The invention relates to the field of metrological provision of instrumentation, mainly hydrometeorological, and can be used when checking the means of measuring the salinity of sea water. There is a method of calibration of the electro-salinometer in by simulating sea water resistance store. According to the method, instead of sea water, a coil of the wire connected to the resistance box is inserted into the measuring chamber of the electrosolemeter being tested. The initial value of the resistance box is established, at which the reading of the electrolyte polymer is 1.000000. By changing the value of the store's resistance, the corresponding readings of the electro-saline meter are recorded. In this case, it is necessary to rewind the electrical circuit of the electrocolemmeter to eliminate thermal compensation elements, disassemble the measuring chamber, insert a wire into the sensor's cathoon hole, and connect it to the resistance box — a simulator of sea water P. The disadvantages of the method are a high probability of breakage of the glass elements when disassembling the camera, pftc is low marketability of calibration due to the exclusion when checking the thermal compensation circuits and, most importantly, the nonequivalence of its own TV :: seawater resistance box. The closest technical solution to the invention is the method of calibration of electrocooler, which includes the follower operations. the preparation of sample solutions and the determination of their salinities using a calibrated electropower probe. In this method, model solutions of a known concentration are prepared. Wash them down in 1 measuring chamber and record the indications of the electsolimer corresponding to the concentration of the filled solutions. The suitability of the electro-salinometer is judged by the coincidence of the values of salinity, calculated from the saline indicator, with the salinity (concentration of the corresponding model solutions. 8. 2. The concentration, model solutions are determined using an exemplary conductometric set L2j, However, the sample conductometric setting consists of costly measuring instruments and provides measurements with an accuracy of 0.1%. Preparation of the same standard solutions requires a complicated technology for the preparation of salt and solvent due to the high requirements Due to the high purity of components and time consuming due to a significant hinge accuracy, which makes the method inaccessible for wide use. Achievable error of preparation of sample solutions is now not less than O, 1%. Since the reduced error of the electro-saline meter is 0 , 05% and for its verification, standard measuring instruments with an error of no more than 0.025% are necessary, the accuracy of both the conductivity meter and sample solutions is insufficient. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy and reduce the complexity of the method of calibration of electroleasers. The goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the method containing the steps of sequential preparation of model solutions and determination of their salinities with an e1 "M electrolimeter, the initial sample solution is prepared with any available accuracy, and subsequent sample solutions are added by adding to the initial solution distilled water, where it is selected from a series of 1.2, .., records the electro-salinometer readings for each sample solution, calculates the salinity ratios of the initial the salinity of each specimen solution, the dependence of the salinity relations on P is the number of portions of the additives, and the suitability of the calibrated electroline gauge depends on the deviation of the found dependence on the straight line. The salinity of the SMCX stock solution is determined by the expression Ref m + m, where m., Is the mass of salt in the stock solution; nijj is the mass of the solvent in the original solution. The salinity of the n-th sample solution obtained by adding h portions, for example, a solvent, can be expressed as follows: + PM m.f — mass of one portion of the solvent; n is the number of servings. If expressions (1) and (2) are combined and enter the coefficient, we get the expression Expression (4) shows that the ratios of the salinity of the initial solution to the salinity S, of the model solutions obtained by adding equal amounts of the same solvent With the number of portions and the straight line equation. Consequently, the linearity of the conversion characteristic of an electro-saline meter subjected to calibration can be estimated from the linearity of the characteristic obtained from the values of the ratios. Since salinity ratios are used, there is no need for a high frequency salinity of sample solutions, i.e. solutions can be prepared with any available precision. This leads to a reduction in the complexity of the method of verification. The accuracy of calibration is also enhanced by the fact that the accuracy of preparation of the use of sample solutions is determined only by the equality of addition of the first portions, and the baking of this equality is not related to absolute measurements of the volume or mass of the mass. The proposed method for calibration of electro solomers is carried out in the following manner. A saline solution is prepared with a concentration that corresponds to the upper limit of the range of measurements of the electro-salmeter, and with an available degree of accuracy (initial growth (thief). Pour it into the measuring chamber of the electrolyzer under test and fix the corresponding reading. The initial solution is poured into the flask, prepared subsequent sample solutions by periodically adding the same portions of solvent to the initial solution, and the electro-salomer readings corresponding to the solution being formed are determined. The salinometer and the International Oceanographic Tables determine the salinities of the initial and subsequent solutions.Calculate the salinity ratios of the initial solution to the subsequent ones and find the dependence of the form at kx. + b between the ratios of salinities and the number of portions of solvent added to the subsequent solutions. portions of the solvent determine the calculated salinity ratios. The deviations of the salinity ratios determined from the electro-salt meter readings from their calculated values (converted into electric Trosolvemers characterize the operability of the verified electrosolemer. Natural sea water or sodium chloride solution can be used as the initial solution, distilled water is used as a solvent. An example. The calibration of the GM-65 electrosolimer is required. For the preparation of the initial solution, the beaker is measured as determined -. The amount of water and pour it into the flask. Weigh a certain amount of salt and dispense into the flask. The weighing accuracy of the sample is available under normal laboratory conditions (for example, with a resolution of up to 1%). After the salt has dissolved, the solution is filtered and the measuring chamber of the electsolimer is filled with it. Calibrate the salinometer at any position of the decades in the area from 80 to 100% of the measurement range (for example, |, 09924). The readings of the decadal position of the electrosolimer R are recorded. The stock solution from the salimeter is sucked into the flask and a measured portion of the risk of bottled water is added to the flask and a measured flask. The second sample solution obtained is poured into an electronic salimeter and R2 reading is recorded. The operation is repeated until the electsolimeter readings are in the area from 0 to 20% of the measurement range. Since the electsolimeter has not been calibrated with a standard certified solution, the salinity values are 8 conditional and do not reflect the actual salt concentrations in the solution. Therefore, according to the International Oceanographic Tables and the Electropoleme Indicator, the salinity of all model solutions is determined. Finding the salinity ratios S pjj / 8n and in the function I, the number of additions, this least-squares method approximates this dependence by a straight line equation. From the equation found and the number of additions, the calculated ration of the salinity of the initial solution to the next one is determined. The calculated values of salinity are found and, according to the International Oceanographic Tables, the calculated values of the indications of the electro-salinometer. The difference between the actual readings and calculated values of the readings of the electro-salinometer characterizes the non-linearity of the static conversion characteristic of the electro-salinometer. The nonlinearity of the electsolimeter does not exceed 0.00050, which meets the requirements of this type of electrolinemeters. ROLL - Electroseomer is serviceable. Using the proposed method of calibration of electrosolemmers, as compared with the known method, the reduction of the labor intensity of calibration due to the reduction of the time of preparation of sample solutions and the accuracy of calibration.
