The invention relates to the processing of pressure, mainly to hydraulic presses For pressing NIN, piling, processing of soap and other technological operations with a change in load during the working stroke. One of the conditions for effective operation of the press in such operations is to regulate the speed of movement of the working bodies in accordance with the nature of the change in load. Known hydraulic drive press, providing automatic reduction of the speed of the worker. stroke with increasing process load, containing a piston cylinder, a pump with a pressure line connected to the inlet of the distributor, and a spring-loaded spool with two control cavities, one of which is connected to the piston cavity of the cylinder. The known hydraulic drive provides a step change in the speed of the working member due to the automatic switching of the hydraulic cylinder from the differential connection to the pump to the direct connection. At idle and at a low technological load, the piston and rod cavities of the cylinder are connected to each other and to the pump (differential connection), which ensures the correct speed of movement of the working member. As the load increases to a certain value, the piston and rod cavity disintegrate and the latter is connected to the drain when fluid is supplied only to the piston cavity of the cylinder (direct connection). This reduces the speed of movement of the working body. A disadvantage of the known hydraulic drive is that it does not provide the reverse switching to a higher speed in the event of a subsequent decrease in the technological load. Therefore, if the technological process is characterized by repeated increase and decrease in load, then the known hydraulic drive does not provide high press performance, since after the first pressure increase, the working speed will decrease and remain at the same level until the end of the working stroke, regardless of the subsequent load change. The aim of the invention is to improve the performance of the press by automatically controlling the speed of movement of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder. This goal is achieved by the fact that the hydraulic drive of the press, comprising a piston hydraulic cylinder, a pump with a pressure line connected to the inlet of the distributor, as well as a spring-loaded spool with two control cavities, is one. from which it is connected with the piston cavity of the hydraulic cylinder, provided with two pressure, two drain and two check valves, pressure and drain valves are made with control cavities, pressure valves with inlets are interconnected and with the pressure line of the pump, and control cavities with outlets The distributor, piston and grinder cavity of the hydraulic cylinder are each connected respectively to the inlet of one of the drain valves, to the outlet of one of the pressure valves and through a non-return valve to the inlet of the spring-loaded valve, odes are connected to its second control cavity and a control cavity of one of the drain valve, wherein the control cavity of another drain valve connected to one of. vrsodov distributor. The drawing shows a diagram of the hydraulic drive press for the processing of iron scrap. The hydraulic actuator contains a two-sided hydraulic driver 1 with a piston cavity 2 and a rod cavity 3. Hydraulic cylinder 1 is connected by pipelines 4-6 through distribution device 7 with pump 8, Device 7 contains distributor 9 with electromagnets 10 and 11, two pressure valves 12 and 13 and a drain valve 14. A drain valve 14 connects the cavity 2 of the hydraulic cylinders 1 to the drain 15, and the pressure valves 12 and 13 connect the cavities 3 and 2 of the hydraulic cylinders t to the pumps 8. The cylinder 3 of the hydraulic cylinders 1 is connected to the drain 16 through the second drain valve 17 . Cavity control Alen 18 of valve T7, through the submouth valve 19, through the check valve 20 and the pipe 4 is connected to the cavity 3 of the hydraulic cylinder 1. The spring-loaded valve 19 contains two control cavities 21 and 22 located opposite to the adjusting spring 23, while the cavity 21 through spool 19 is connected to drain 2A, and cavity 22 is connected by pipe 5 to cavity 2 of hydraulic cylinder 1. Check valve 25 connects cavity 2 of hydraulic cylinder 1 through pipe 5 to valve 26 inlet 19. Safety is provided to protect the hydraulic drive against overload valve 27. With the stem of the hydraulic cylinder, a working member 28 of the press is connected. Hydraulic drive works as follows. When the electromagnet 11 of the distributor 9 is turned on, the valve 13 opens, and the valves 12 and 14 close the working fluid from the pump 8 through the valve 13 enters the cavity 2 of the hydraulic cylinder 1. The working member of the press I starts moving, and the working fluid from the cavity 3 displaces through pipe 4 through valves 12 and 13 into cavity 2 of hydraulic cylinder 1 Hydraulic cylinder 1 is operated with differential connection to the pump, because through valve 12 rod rod 3 connects to piston cavity 2. Working element 28 moves with increased speed Strongly defined by the ratio of the pump flow to the stem area. In the event of an increase in the load and an increase in the pressure of the working fluid to the value corresponding to the setting of the spring 23, the valve 19 is activated, which under the action of pressure in the control cavity 22 moves to the left from the initial position shown in the drawing. The cavity 2 of the hydraulic cylinders 1 through the pipeline 5 through the check valve 25 and the inlet 26 of the valve 19 is connected to the control cavity 21, and the control cavity 18 of the drain valve 17 through the valve 19 is connected to the drain 24. The valve 17 opens and connects the piston cavity 3 hydraulic cylinders with drain 16, which provides automatic switching of the hydraulic cylinder from the differential connection to the direct connection, since when connecting the cavity 3 with the drain, the valve 12 closes 8.44, separating the cavities 2 and 3. The speed of the working body decreases and is now determined by the ratio of the pump flow to the piston area. At the moment of opening the drain valve 17, the pressure in the 2 cylinder section of the cylinder and, accordingly, in the control cavity 22, decreases. However, the valve 19 does not return to its original position. since this decrease in pressure is compensated for by increasing the active area of the control cavity 22 of spool 19 by connecting the latter through a check valve 25 and spool 19 to the second control cavity 21, which was previously connected to the drain 24. At reduced speed, the working member of the press 28 continues deform the workpiece. In this case, at a certain part of the working stroke, the technological effort may be reduced. If the technological effort and, accordingly, the pressure in cavity 2 is lowered to such a value that the pressure of the operating pressure on the active area of the control cavities 21 and 22 is no longer in a state of overcoming; If the spring 23 acts, the spool 19 moves to the right to the initial position and again connects the cavity 21 with the drain 24, and the control cavity 18 of the valve 17 with the cavity 3 of the hydraulic cylinder. The valve t7 is closed. And again, the automatic switching of the hydraulic cylinder 1 takes place now from the direct connection to the differential one. The working body 28 increases the speed and continues to accelerate movement until coiipotation of the workpiece again increases. The cycle is repeated again, and so many times during the whole working stroke, at the end of which the solenoid 10 of the distributor 9 is turned on. At the same time, the pressure valve 13 closes and valves 2 and 14 open; The working fluid from the pump 8 through the valve 12 ps1 enters the cavity 3 of the hydraulic cylinder, and from the cavity 2 through the pipe 5 through the open valve 14 enters the drain 15. At the same time, the working body of the press 28 makes a stroke. The economic effect of the implementation of the invention is provided by increasing the productivity of the press and increasing: the volume of material being re-processed.
