Description
CO. The invention relates to induction heating of a local region of an article and can be used for induction butt soldering from depy, in particular pipes. There is a method of induction soldering of pipe joints, in which pipes end up under the oblique joint, solder solder between them, squeeze the ends and heat them with an inductor located above the zone. In this method, the axis of the inductor combined with the axis of the seam 1J. The disadvantage of this method is that when the ring is heated by an extruder inductor combined with the axis of the seam, a zone of a kostosvykovy seam with solder, whose electrical and thermal characteristics differ from the same characteristics of the fallen material, the temperature throughout the seam is uneven; outer and inner sides of the seam reaches 300-350s. In induction heating, the temperature is determined both by the release of heat from the current flowing through the product and the heat conduction phenomena. An obstacle in the path of heat fluxes from a material with a worse thermal conductivity than the main one, located at different levels from the outer surface over the width of the heating zone, breaks the normal course of heating processes. The aim of the invention is to equalize the temperature over the heated volume and increase this soldering quality. This goal is achieved due to the fact that, according to the method of induction brazing, mainly pipe joints, in which the pipe ends are prepared under oblique braces, solder is placed between them, the ends are heated and the inductor is located above the joint zone, the inductor symmetry plane is offset from the axis seam in the direction of the seam on the surface facing the inductor, the value of L, where d is the wall thickness of the pipe; the angle of inclination of the stiffness is an empirical coefficient depending on the ratio of the conductivity of the base metal (1) tal and solder k t, 0-0.3. Figure 1 shows the paved connection with the installed inductor, a cross-section; in fig. 2 diagrams of temperature distribution at different positions of the inductor. The annular inductor 1 is installed above the heated zone 2 of the pipe 3. Edges 4 and 5 of the pipe 3 are beveled at an angle d. Solder 6 is placed between the beveled edges 4 and 5 and the inductor is separated from the heated surface by an amount b, and its plane of symmetry 7 is separated from the axis of the weld 8 by A. The current induced by inductor 1 in the heated zone 2 of pipe 3 depends on the frequency the current flows through the ring, the outer diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the pipe 3, the width of the ring is approximately equal to the width of the inductor 1, and the thickness depends on the frequency of the current and is assumed to be 4 = --- where L is the depth of current penetration into the metal of the pipe; U) f is the frequency of TOKaJ jU. - magnetic permeability of the material of the pipe - specific electrical conductivity. However, the value of / J is conditional, is equal to the distance from the surface of the conductor, at which the current density c / decreases by a factor of e, i.e. by 63.2%. The actual law of current density distribution over the thickness of a conductor is the exponent x ee-ic / Y - the current density at a distance X from the surface. cAg is the current density on the surface of the conductor. Thus, heating a conductor and a high-frequency current induced in it is a com- pact process associated with current flow and heat conduction, therefore the braid of the conductor’s body is made of a material with lower thermal conductivity and with different thermal and electrical contacts along the length of the thermal processes. When combining the axis 8 of the inductor 1 and the axis of the weld 7, the opposite to the inductor surface of the pipe 3 lags in heating (the speculations are conducted for the optimum current frequency, at which the depth, the penetration of current L is close to the thickness of the pipe wall). The temperature difference between the adjacent and opposite to the inductor wall of the pipe varies across the width of the seam. The spit boundary in the heated zone introduces its features. The boundary layer of the conductor at the edge 4, adjacent to the inductor 1, having a thickness smaller than normal to the surface, is ahead in heating adjacent adjacent page at the edge 5. However, the law of distribution of the temperature difference across the width of the HO.SIT seam is complex, since temperature is influenced by both the unequal value of the magnetic field strength across the width of the short inductor, and the tangential heat fluxes both in the cold regions of the pipe away from the inductor and in the heating zone. The analytical calculation of these dependences is very but complicated. To obtain a uniform heating along the volume, the heated symmetry plane 7 of inductor 1 must be displaced from the weld axis 8 towards the exit of the weld to the surface adjacent to the inductor 1 by A value, A value —A — K, Coefficient K is an empirical coefficient chosen ranging from 1 to 0.3, depends on the ratio of heat to the conductivity of the base metal and I solder. With a ratio of these thermal conductivities close to 1 K, the trace should be chosen closer to the lower limit; in this case, it will take into account the excessively loose thermal and electrically contact between the edges 4.5 and when we sing 6. With a large difference in thermal conductivities, k tends to 1.. Example. The annular section of a pipe with a diameter of 426 and a thickness of 24 mm was heated by a circular inductor 35 mm wide. The edges of the pipe were beveled at an angle of 30 °, between them there was a P-87 brand solder with a thickness of 1.5 mm in the form of a ring. To control the heating temperature, thermocouples were capped over the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe along the axis and along the seam edges. The heating was performed at a tick frequency of 800 Hz, the heating time was 20 OC. The inductor axis was combined with the axis of the seam (position I) and moved in the course of the experiment towards the exit of the seam to the outer surface in such a way that K 1.0 (position II) and K 0.3 (position III, figure 2). When the inductor is placed exactly above the heated zone (position I), the heating of the inner surface of the pipe is lagging behind, the temperature difference reaches 270 ° C, K 0. When the inductor axis is displaced by distance A, the temperature difference between the outer and inner is calculated at K 1 (position II). the surfaces are reduced to 90, and when the value of A is calculated at k 0.3, to 50 ° C. Compared with the known method, in which the heated zone is produced by an annular inductor located just above the seam, the image allows to reduce the temperature difference in the volume being heated for soldering from 270 to 50 ° C and to improve the quality of soldering, where it is especially important to have uniform heating the entire surface being soldered. The invention is intended to be used when brazing ring seams of pipes 219-530 mm and 820-1420 mm with a thickness of up to 24 mm.
