1This invention relates to a porous filtering ceramics used in sanitary engineering and in industry for filtering, aerating and diffusing liquids, gases and powdered materials. The composition of the ceramic mass is known (11, containing the following components, weight,%: Burnt burnt 50-65 Clay refractory 10-15 Pottery clay 20-35 Nepheline-syenite 5-15 However, using this mass for the manufacture of filter ceramics, it is impossible to control the size of permeable pore In addition, a preliminary tripling of tripoli is required. The technical solution closest to the one proposed is ceramic material for the manufacture of filter products, containing, in wt.%: the clay component — bentonite 2–20; ponent magnesite 20-22; tripilla or diatomite 6096 2. However, the ceramic mass is known to have low heat resistance — 20 cycles and acid resistance — 83.5-84%. In addition, products from this mass are fired at high temperatures (1250-1 C). The aim of the invention is to increase the heat resistance and acid resistance of the products. This goal is achieved due to the fact that the ceramic mass for the manufacture of filter products, including a clay component, magnesium containing component and tripoli or diatomite, contains as clay th component, and kaolin clay, magnesium-containing component as asbestos, talc and additionally approx seed iron and coal with track following ratio of components, wt .; Clay 20-28 Kaolin 8-20 Asbestos 9-12 Talc 18-22 Diatomite 10-14 Iron oxide 6-8 Coal 10-15 When using clay and kaolin as clay materials, the products are easily formed and retain their desired shape. When more than 28 wt.% And kaolin are introduced into the mass of clay, more than 20 wt.%, Cracks are formed in the products during drying and firing. With the introduction of less than 20% by weight of clay and less than 8% by weight of kaolin, plasticity losses are poorly formed. The introduction of asbestos, talc and diatomite in a total amount of 4144 wt.% Is optimal, and lower values do not create the necessary shard strength, heat resistance and chemical resistance, and large values close the pore size. Iron oxide in the amount of 6-8 wt.% Is used as a catalyst. With a lower content of iron oxide, i.e., less than 6% by weight, heat resistance and acid resistance are insufficient, and a higher content of iron oxide, i.e. more than 8 wt.%, Adversely affects the sintering properties of the crock. Pore-forming additive — coal determines the pore size of the grain across and the number of pores varies with the size of the additive. The introduction of coal more than 15 wt.% Leads to looseness of the crock, that is, to the loss of mechanical strength, and the introduction of less than 10 wt.% Leads to a loss of efficiency of the filtering ability of porous and egdel. In tab. 1 shows the compositions of the proposed ceramic mass. Table 1
Filter products are prepared as follows.
Pre-drying in chamber or other dryers, clay, kaolin, asbestos, and diatomaceous earth are ground on runners and sieved on appropriate sieve; talc and iron oxide are finely ground in a dry-ground ball mill with self-extracting coal pre-crushed in a jaw crusher and milled in a ball mill. The coal burns out during the firing process, while this combustion products diffuse out of the mass, forming the required pores. To obtain a monofractional granulometric composition, the coal after milling is screened on a vibrating screen, on a suitable grid, and the screenings are removed: coarse fractions for re-grinding, and small fractions - for burning in furnaces. All components are weighed and mixed, first in a dry mixer, and then in a wet mixer, until a homogeneous mass and moisture content in the range of 18-22%. The recycled mass is cured for 24 hours, after which it is fed to a molding press in a belt press to obtain a wad. The latter goes to a hydraulic press for pressing in the form of cartridges or pipes, which are dried in chamber and tunnel dryers to a residual moisture content of 1-2%, and after that they are burned in furnaces at 950-1000 ° C for 24-36 hours.
