Abstract

The present invention relates to domestic gas appliances and in particular grate gas burners. The gas burner contains a mixing chamber (4) which is formed by a removable cover (3) and a burner head (2) with an upper and a lower row of flame openings. According to the invention, there is provided in the interspace between the cover and the burner head, over the entire length of the circular circumference, an annular cavity (9) which is connected to the inlets (15) of the flame openings of the lower row and to the mixing chamber (4) via the flame openings of the upper row, the inlets (15) of the flame openings of the lower row lying at a greater distance in the radial direction from the centre of the mixing chamber than the inlets (16) of the flame openings of the upper row. <IMAGE>

О5 Изобретение относитс  к горелочным устройствам, используемым в бытовых газовых плитах. По основному авт. св. № 1038713 известна газова  горелка, содержаща  смесительную камеру, снабженную головкой и крышкой с двум  р дами размещенных в шахматном пор дке огневых отверстий. Отверсти  нижнего р да выполнены с уменьшающимс  по ходу потока поперечным сечением , а их суммарна  площадь На выходе составл ет 0,45-0,8 от суммарной площади проходных сечений отверстий верхнего р да. Кроме того, отверсти  нижнего р да образованы совмещением выполненных в головке и крышке соответственно пазов и вертикальных выступов 1. Недостатком известнбй газовой горелки  вл етс  Низка  устойчивость горени  газовоздущной смеси в нижнем р ду огневых отверстий,  вл ющихс  стабилизаторами горени . Цель изобретени  - повышение надежности работы горелки. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что на верхней поверхности головки выполнен кольцевой выступ, образующий с -верти . кальными выступами крышки лабиринтные каналы дл  прохода газовоздушной смеси в нижний р д огневых отверстий. На чертеже изображена предлагаема  горелка. Газова  горелка содержит смесительную камеру 1, снабженную головкой 2 и крышкой 3, огневые отверсти  4 верхнего р да, югневые отверсти  5 нижнего р да, образованные совмещением выполненных в головке 2 пазов 6 и вертикальных выступов 7 крышки 3. На верхней поверхности головки 2 выполнен кольцевой выступ 8, образующий с вертикальными выступами 7 крышки 3 лабиринтные каналы 9 дл  прохода газовоздушнои смеси в нижний р д огневых отверстий 5. При работе горелки газовоздушна  смесь через смесительную камеру 1 поступает в огневые отверсти  4 .верхнего р да и через лабиринтные каналы 9 - в отверсти  5. нижнего р да, создава  два р да факелов , расположенных в шахматном пор дке . При прохождении газовоздушной смеси по лабиринтным каналам 9 врезультате нескольких поворотов резко падает скорость этого потока, что обеспечивает горение смеси в нижнем р ду огневых отверстий 5 в щироком диапазоне давлений без отрыва пламени, .в том числе и на высоких давлени х газа, так как факелы нижнего р да огневых отверстий 5 выполн ют роль билизаторов горени , Предлагаемое выполнение газовой горелки позвол ет повысить устойчивость работы газовых горелок, повысить эффективность сжигани  газа.O5 The invention relates to burners used in household gas stoves.
