Abstract
1. Способ переработки сульфатно-окисной части аккумуляторного лома, включающий восстановительную плавку с флюсами и реагентом, содержащим окись кальция, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения прямого извлечения свинца в черновой свинец и сокращения эксплуатационных расходов, плавку ведут при 1200 - 1300C с известняком в количестве 10 - 20% от веса сульфатно-окисной части, а в качестве флюсов используют отходы от переработки свинцовых концентратов.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве флюса используют шлак свинцовой шахтной плавки в количестве 30 - 40% от веса сульфатно-окисной части аккумуляторного лома.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве флюса используют свинцовый кек от переработки цинковых кеков "ярозит-процессом" в количестве 80 - 100% от веса сульфатно-окисной части аккумуляторного лома.1.
