Description
В качестве задани на регул торы 16 поступает сигнал с сумматора 17, пропорциональный средней велимине раз-,The invention relates to the control of combustion processes in furnaces of aggregates of oil refining, petrochemical, chemical and energy industries, having two or more sections (combustion chambers) between which flue gas flows are possible, and can be used to automate oil refinery tube furnaces and other aggregates. The closest to the proposed technical essence is the method of controlling a tube furnace by adjusting the temperature of the fermented product by varying the fuel supply and the flue gas flow rate at the exit of the furnace Cl. The disadvantage of this method is that when regulating a micro-sectional furnace, intersection flows of flue gases are not excluded, which leads to overheating of the walls of the coil pipes, their accelerated coking, reduced time between repairs of the furnace and reduced its efficiency, emergency heating of pipes and increased mutual heat modes of adjacent sections. Therefore, the main limitation to increasing the load on the furnaces is the permissible temperature of the walls of the heating coil pipes. To eliminate cross-sectional flows, it is necessary that the flue gases formed from the flue be removed through the gas duct of the same section of the furnace in which they were formed, and the vacuum in the characteristic points of the adjacent sections were equal. As characteristic, it is advisable to use rarefaction, in the areas of the burners, since in these areas, the highest values are reached. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability in regulating a multi-section furnace by eliminating local overheating. This goal is achieved by determining the costs of gases leaving and forming in each section, the ratio of these costs and the difference between the ratio obtained and the average over all sections of the furnace, the value of this ratio, while determining the vacuum in each section average over all sections the value of the rarefaction, and determine the difference between the obtained average signal and the given standard signal, proportional to the half-valued difference, is algebraically summed up with the signal, proportional to the specified difference, and by the resultant ignal corrects the flue gas flow rate in each section. The vacuum in the characteristic points of the sections is measured, and the difference between the obtained values of the negative pressures and the average value of these vacuum pressures over all sections is determined, and the flow rate of the product being heated is changed according to the difference obtained. The drawing shows a functional diagram, realizing the proposed control method for a two-section tube furnace with one section. The scheme contains flow meters 1, blocks 2, thermocouples 3, flow meters -6, healer 7, controller 8, combiners E and 10, sensors for vacuum, regulator 12, actuators 13, accumulators 14, vacuum sensors 15, regulators 16, adder 17, flow meters 18, regulators 19 acting on actuators 20, adders 21, thermocouples 22, const. lors 23, regulators 2 acting on actuators 25. The costs of the gases leaving the sections are measured by flow meters 1 installed Vl in the flue pipes, 1. The amount of gases formed in the sections is calculated in blocks 2 from the readings of thermocouples 3, flow meters -6. Dividers 7 generate signals proportional to the ratio of the amount of generated and flue gases. These signals are sent as adjustable values to the controllers. As a task, these controllers receive a signal from adder 9 equal to the average value of the signals coming from dividers 7. A signal proportional to the total value of gi is formed on the adder 10 as the sum of the signals from the sensors vacuum section 11 in the sections of the furnace and goes to the controller 12. The signals to the actuators 13 come from the adders 14, and are equal to the sum of the output signals of the controller 12 and the signals from the corresponding regulators 8. The depression in characteristic points ah furnace sections measured by the sensors 15. Signals from the sensors 15 act as controlled variables to regulators 16. As for specifying regulators 16 receives the signal from the adder 17 is proportional to the average velimine different,

The proposed method makes it possible to use local neperpemi heating coils and thereby increase the overhaul mileage of the furnaces and their permissible load.
