A known raw material mixture, including Cl} f wt.%: Orthophosphoric acid 3-10 Refractory clay 20-35 Unfired alumina 5-20 Chamotte The disadvantages of this mixture are low heat resistance, limited size of the molded products, significant shrinkage during the heat treatment of the product and high thermal conductivity. The closest to the proposed technical essence is the raw mix for the production of heat-resistant concrete, including 2, wt.%: Phosphate binder 17-19 Refractory clay 5-20 Shamot 10-35 Fly ash 13-20 Aluminum hydroxide 5-15 Ceramsite gravel Else The disadvantages of the mixture are non-refractory., Small service lines and high thermal conductivity. The purpose of the invention is to increase the chick resistance, increase the service life of products and decrease the thermal conductivity of the material. This goal is achieved by the fact that the raw mix for the manufacture of heat insulating products, including phosphate binder, aluminum hydroxide, expanded clay gravel filler: contains phosphate binder ortho phosphoric acid as a filler, and as a whole, the quality of the phosphate binder is 0 , 5-2.5 mm II fluff asbestos is given by the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%; Orthophosphorus 8-24 for acid Aluminum hydroxide Waste from the production of foam pellets of fractions 0.544-49 2.5 mm Fluff-f 0.5-1 asbestos Expanded clay Gravel Else As fluff asbestos. Chrysotile asbestos is used 4-20 or 5-20 grade according to GOST 12871-67. Waste from the production of foam pellets causes a swelled aluminosilicate material, WHICH is formed in large quantities during thematic and mechanical processing of the heat insulating products of foam pellets. Waste is fractionated on vibrating tables and a fraction of 0.52, 5 is used in the proposed raw mix as a finely dispersed filler. Chemical composition of production waste of foam, May.%: 39.82; TUD 1.74; FejO, 0.76; CaO 0.48; MDO 0.29; KjO Nap less than 0.2; SiOj - the rest. Introduction to the phosphate composition of waste production of foam pellets, a material that has undergone preliminary heat treatment and does not undergo bulk, modification, and other changes during the synthesis and operation of products, allows creating a stable, heat-resistant frame system and a uniform fine-crystalline structure. The proposed granulometric composition of the fine aggregate allows, with a specified amount of binder, to obtain a structure with fine porosity evenly distributed throughout the entire volume of products, which in turn contributes to a significant decrease in thermal conductivity at high temperatures, as well as a reduction in the destruction of the product: heating; and operation. The joint introduction of asbestos and aluminum hydroxide is caused by the need to increase the service line of products and their resistance to temperature changes while maintaining high mechanical strength and fire resistance. The local use of asbestos and gshyumin hydroxide within the specified limits leads to the formation of aluminum orthophosphate as the main phosphate phase, while the use of one asbestos causes the appearance of unstable phosphate crystalline hydrates. The introduction of new components also requires the need to adjust the amount of phosphate binder. For example, 40% of expanded clay gravel is mixed with a dry mixture consisting of 49% of the total mass) production of foam scales, 2% aluminum hydroxide, and 1% asbestos asbestos. The resulting composition is shuttered with 8% orthophosphoric acid, mixed, molded in metal forms and Te1 (processed at 300-350 ° C for 8-10 hours after which the products are sent to service P and measures 2. 30% of claydite gravel is mixed with the dry mixture consisting of 44% (of; mass of mass) ofT production lines of foam pellets, 1.5% aluminum hydroxide and 0.5% of fluffed asbestos. The resulting composition is shuttered 24%: phosphoric acid, mixed, molded metal IB and heat treated similarly to the example 1. PRI me R 3. 35% claydite and mixed with a dry mixture consisting of 45% Lot of the total mass of waste production of pulverized aluminum 1.5% aluminum hydroxide and O, 5 pScr of fused asbestos. The resulting composition is shuttered with 18% orthophosphoric no-fa phosphor and mixed into molded metal forms and those {11ÜObrabatyvâФ analogously to example 1, The main physicomechanical tt with the thermal properties of the proposed composition to the known are given in; 1111. The annual economic effect of 6 t of application of the proposed mixture is 17,847 rubles. .
