The invention relates to the production of refractory materials and can be used for the production of elastic refractory products: seals for sealing joints and parts of casting equipment (mold-pan, mold-profitable extension, stop tubes), sheet material for the formation of dense isoshov in lining metal casting buckets and other heat-resistant agra. Machines operating at 500-1300 C. Elastic refractory material, refractory filler (%) and a mixture of polychloroprene are known nitrile rubber in sootnotsenii from 1: 4 to 4: 1. 1. The material has high elastic properties, but insufficient mechanical strength at 500–1300 ° C. The known charge for the manufacture of refractory elastic material containing refractory filler, rubber and metallic aluminum 2 However, the products obtained from. THIS mixture does not have sufficient mechanical strength at 500-1300С. The closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is an elastic refractory material containing a non-refractory filler (60-91%, rubber (2-15%), magnesite (5-20%) .-, magnesium-containing salt (2 -5%) (3 .. Such a material has poor mechanical strength in the temperature range of 50–500 ° C; however, it cannot provide sufficient strength at 500–1,200 ° C. The strength drop in this range of temperature is due to decomposition or burning of the organ melting and destruction of the salt additive. reteni is the increase of the mechanical strength of an elastic material of a resistant material in the range of temperatures 500-1300 0. The goal is to achieve the fact that an elastic refractory material including rubber refractory filler rubber and additive, as the last, one-substituted phosphate of ferric metal of the group: iron, aluminum and - chromium in the following ratio of components, May,% Refractory filler 60-90 Rubber 4-20 One-substituted phosphate of a trivalent metal from the group: iron, aluminum, chromium; 6-20 Hardening in the temperature range of 500-1300 s with the introduction of monosubstituted phosphate & The composition of the elastic refractory material is caused by polymerization and polycondensation of acidic phosphates when heated, as well as the formation of insoluble phosphates when interacting with an oxide refractory filler. With the introduction of monosubstituted phosphates of these metals in an amount of less than 6% of the resulting polyphosphates, it is not enough to bond the rubber-shielded Filler particles and the positive effect of increasing strength is not observed. With a content of more than 20% monosubstituted phosphate in the composition, no further increase in technical strength is observed and the material loses its elastic properties. When developing the composition of an elastic refractory material, the following Materials are used: refractory filler with a refractoriness not lower on the basis of oxides — SiO2, their mixtures and compounds; la / ek sy syntheticin.e: butadiene-nitrile, chloroprene-butadiene-styrene, butadiene, and also mixtures thereof; monosubstituted trivalent phosphates of metals from the series - iron, aluminum, chromium. The preparation of an elastic refractory material consists in mixing the initial 51X components ——, —drying the mixture at 90–160 ° C and followed by profiling the mixture — pressing (cuff for a set of a stop for the pouring ladle, sleeve, insert, etc.) or rolling on rollers (sheet : products). Table 1 shows the compositions of elastic refractory materials, and Table. 2 - their properties ... The compressive strength is determined on a sample-cylinder at a specific pressure of 79-80 MPa, and the porosity is GOST 2409-67. In addition to the samples of the compounds of compositions (1-6), the compositions of ELOMs without the addition of monosubstituted phosphates (7 and B) were tested, which allows for more. See the benefits of offering 1 "LH formulations. The chemical efficiency of the proposed formulations is a significant increase in their strength in the dangerous temperature range of 500-1300 ° C, which increases the reliability of compaction and sealing in the lining and parts of the steel-casting equipment and also reduces waste during firing of large-sized products of complex forork from elastic refractory material ,. ,
