The invention relates to an oolasty of grinding materials, namely, grinding devices for producing thin and ultrafine powders, and can be used to powder metallurgy and atomic energy for processing metal chips of metal carbides and their oxides in the chemical, radiochemical and other fields. A centrifugal mill is known, consisting of a casing, a rotor, made in the form of two coaxially mounted disks and blades radially located between the disks, a notch shell installed between the disks, and the shell Cutting with the blades. The source material, falling into the space between the rotating disks, under the action of centrifugal forces, presses against the blade and slides along them radially from the center to the periphery, encounters a shell in which there are holes, and fills the pocket, the blade on the blade has a protective layer. Then the material moves along the protective layer under the action of centrifugal forces, flies into the notches and is crushed jjl. However, in this mill, the shells also wear out first, and then as the protective layer and blade decrease and disappear. The closest technical solution to the invention is a centrifugal impact mill, comprising a housing in which a rotor is arranged, made in the form of parallel-mounted disks with working elements, a loading nozzle disposed opposite to the peripheral part of the disk, and an unloading nozzle (2 The disadvantage of this mill is that it has a short service life. The purpose of the invention is to increase the service life of the mill by reducing the wear of the working bodies. This goal is achieved by the fact that centrifugal impact mill, including The casing, in which the rotor is located, is made in the form of parallel-mounted disks with working elements, the loading pipe located opposite the peripheral part of the disk and the discharge pipe are provided with an air intake pipe communicated with a gap between the disks in its central part, and the working elements of the rotor are made in In the form of radial blades. In Fig. 1 a centrifugal mill is shown, general view; 2 is a view A of FIG. .1J in FIG. Node 1 in FIG. 1. The centrifugal impact mill consists of a body 1, a rotor 2, made in the form of two parallel-mounted disks 3 and 4, blades 5 radially located between the disks 3 and 4, a central air inlet pipe 6 and located opposite the peripheral part of the rotor disk boot, pipe 7 for the starting material and the chamber 8. The material is fed through the loading pipe 7 into the slot between the housing 1 and the disk 3 of the rotor 2. The material under its own weight moves from the center to the periphery and enters the vortex air flow created by the rotor 2 with the blades 5. When the rotor 2 rotates near it forms a zone of rarefied air. The source material particles are drawn into this zone, then picked up by high-velocity vortex flows and under the action of centrifugal forces generated by the vortex air HOTOKSJ H when the disks 3, 4 rotate with the blades 5, are thrown onto the wall of the chamber 8, where they are crushed when colliding with it . In addition, grinding takes place due to the impact of a part of a circle with a friend in the vortex air flow throughout the chamber 8. Thus, effective grinding of the material occurs without abrasive wear of the blades 5 and without contamination of the final product with particles formed during the HlHoce blades 5. Unloading of the material It is delivered through the discharge port 9. The use of this invention will increase the service life of the centrifugal impact mill.
