Description
The invention relates to electroplating, in particular to the electrolytic deposition of shiny copper coatings. The electrolyte of copper sulfate is known, containing thiourea or its „derivatives l. However, in the presence of such substances in the electrolyte, electroplated coatings are characterized by high internal stresses and insufficient adhesion to the substrate. In this case, the electrolyte is unstable in operation and differs in a narrow range of operating current densities -, -. The closest to the invention in terms of composition and effect achieved is an electrolyte containing sulfuric acid copper. Sulfuric acid and gloss luster - sulfur-containing compound thiuram D 2. However, the well-known electrolyte has a low working capacity due to very low working concentrations of Tiurama D. Electrolyte coating. are obtained with high internal stresses and a low reflectance;:;; Brilliant coatings are obtained only at high current densities and in a very limited t interval, which precludes the use of a known electrolyte in the copper plating of metallized dielectrics. The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the electrolyte and the brightness of the resulting coatings while simultaneously expanding the range of operating current densities. This goal is achieved by the fact that the electrolyte of the brilliant copper containing copper sulphate, sulfuric acid and the brilliant-forming additive contains ethylene bromide in the form of a brightening agent in the following ratio of components, g / l: 200-250 Sulfuric acid copper 50-100 Sulfuric acid Ethylene bromide , 04-0.08 diisothiuronium Ethylene diisothiuronium bromide has the following structural formula: 2 2NBG CHg-eC, High-quality copper coatings c. high gloss () is obtained on copper and steel bases at 20 ° C and a current density of 1.5-8.5 A / dm. After passing through the electrolyte of 10-15 A "g / l, an adjustment is necessary on the addition of half the amount of the original. The preparation of the electrolyte consists in dissolving the components in distilled water in separate volumes and introducing sulfuric acid and adding it to the copper sulfate solution with stirring. The table shows the data of comparative results. With an annual program of 100,000 m, the annual economic effect is 32,274 p.
