Description
The invention relates to the production of iron ore in ferrous metallurgy, namely the production of iron ore pellets. A known method for producing ore fuel pellets involves mixing their components, mixing them, feeding them to the pelletizer and burning raw Cl 1 pellets. The disadvantage of this method is a low degree of utilization of the reduction of carbon oxides of carbon in fuel during firing in an oxidizing medium. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is the method of obtaining pellets, including the grinding of the components of the charge, their mixing and pelletizing G2. The disadvantage of this method is the random arrangement of solid fuel particles relative to the remaining particles of the charge components, which leads to a rapid burning of carbon by the fuel due to the oxygen of the coolant. As a result, it is difficult to obtain wustite and partially reduced components on serial firing equipment. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of pellets. The aim is to achieve that, according to the method of producing pellets, including grinding the components of the charge, mixing and pelletizing, crushing around solid fuel particles of O. 08-0.1 5 mm size forms a shell of particles The size of the substance is O01-0,05 mm, the porosity of which is established when pelletizing is 5-2, 0 times less than the porosity of the rest of the okltysh mass. Obtaining vustit and partially reduced pellets requires special methods of fuel supply to raw pellets. Indeed, with porous mixing of all components of the charge and subsequent pelletizing, hard pellets in the pellets when fired, directly contact with oxidizing gas and already in the preheating zone quickly burns out. As a result of any noticeable development, the reduction reaction of iron oxides is not obtained. Therefore, it was necessary to protect the particles of fuels from oxidation in the preheat zone and in the initial areas of the roasting zone. Protection of solid carbon from oxidation is possible when the fuel particles are supplied to such parts of the pellet volume where their contact with the external gas coolant is minimal. However, in order to obtain high-quality finished products, solid fuel must be evenly distributed throughout the entire volume of the piece. Experiments have shown that the formation of a shell with a low porosity around the solid fuel particles meets such requirements. Then its particles are essentially in a protective case and are subjected to heat treatment in a gaseous environment without oxygen. 8, the invention has developed a method for creating such a protective sheath around solid fuel particles. The shell around the solid fuel particles should be formed from a binder (bentonite, nontronite, etc.) during its joint grinding with fuel. The binder is located mainly around the fuel particles and is evenly distributed over their surface. The best quality pellets are obtained by grinding solid fuel to a particle size of 0.08-0.15 mm, and bonding aaiHx additives to 0.01-0.05 mm. Then, after grinding, particles of solid fuel5 coated with the size specified above are obtained. The increase in the density of the surrounding shell fuel particle also prevents carbon from contacting the gas and, consequently, the intensification of the development of iron oxide reduction reactions. It is advisable to compact the casing in the process of pelletizing the pellets on the granulator. Regulating the time of formation of the embryo:,; neck (for example, the location and angle of inclination of the blade), the shell porosity should be brought to a value of 1,, 0 times smaller than the porosity of the rest of the eye; the development of carbon burnout fuel, and the top - a decrease in performance pelletizer. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the internal structure of the oxylate is formed so that the particles

твердого топлива были защищены от контакта с окислителем в газовой фазе Дл этого вокруг частиц твердого топлива формируют оболочку с пористо .стью, значительно меньшей пористости остальной массы окатышей.solid fuels were protected from contact with an oxidizing agent in the gas phase. For this, a shell with a porosity that is much less than the porosity of the remaining mass of pellets is formed around the solid fuel particles.
Способ осуществл етс следующим образом.The method is carried out as follows.
Все компоненты шихты предварительно измельчают и перемешивают. При этом измельчение твердого топлива до средней крупности 0,1 мм и св зующих добавок (бентонита) Д9 0,03 мм производ т совместно например, в барабанной мельнице. Во врем вращени мельницы со скоростью 20 об/мин частицы твердого топлива прокрывают частицами бентонита, т.е. вокруг топлива формируют защитную оболочку.All components of the mixture are pre-crushed and mixed. At the same time, grinding of solid fuel to an average particle size of 0.1 mm and binding additives (bentonite) D9 0.03 mm are carried out jointly, for example, in a drum mill. During the rotation of the mill at a speed of 20 rpm, solid fuel particles are covered with bentonite particles, i.e. around the fuel form a protective shell.
Крупность твердого топлива и бентонита контролируют по пробам, подвергаемым сендиментационному анализу , и регулируют изменением времени пребывани материала в .агрегате. Эффективность покрыти частиц твердого топлива бентонитом регулируют изk54The size of solid fuel and bentonite is monitored by samples subjected to sentimental analysis, and controlled by changing the residence time of the material in the unit. Перемешанные компоненты шихты подают на окомкователь. На участке образовани зародышей осуществл ют уплотнение оболочки вокруг твердого топлива до величины пористости, в 1,5 раза меньшей пористости остальной массы окатышей.Mixed components of the mixture are fed to the pelletizer. At the nucleation site, the shell is compacted around solid fuel to a porosity value that is 1.5 times less than the remaining porosity of the pellets.
Пористость оболо1 ки вокруг частиц твердого Топлива и -остальной массы окатышей контролируют по пробам, подвергаемым производимому периодически микроскопическому анализу, и регулируют положением отвалочного ножа, определ ющим врем пребывани материала на участке образовани зародышей оThe porosity of the casing around the solid fuel particles and the remaining mass of the pellets are monitored by samples subjected to periodical microscopic analysis, and adjusted by the position of the dumping knife, which determines the residence time of the material at the embryo site.
Полученные сырые окатыши при помощи роликового укладчика подают на обжиговую конвейерную машину.The obtained raw pellets using a roller stacker served on the kiln conveyor machine.
