2,55O, 70O, 5O Aluminum, Efedex in all, is introduced into the cast iron in order to reduce its tendency to cracking during casting and heat treatment. When the aluminum content in cast iron is from 0.5 to 1.0%, the amount of residual austenite does not increase, the tendency of the primary grain to grow when heated, i.e. The structure of the lyre remains fine-grained to very high temperatures, and, consequently, the level of the properties of cast iron is quite high and stable. When the aluminum content is less than 0.5%, its influence on the cast iron of this composition is not significant. When the aluminum content exceeds 1.0%, the amount of hardened austenite increases, which leads; to reduce the strength and exploitation properties. Titanium in the amount of O, 3-O, 5%, combined with chromium, forms fine carbides, which considerably strengthen the alloy, since ground gold is crushed, providing the necessary level of properties. With an increase in titanium over 0.5%, cementite carbides are enlarged, which leads to embrittlement of the structure. When the content of titanium in the iron in an amount of less than 0.3%, the modifying effect is very weak. An increase in iron content is provided by a carbon content close to eutectic. With an increase in carbon content of over 3.0%, impact strength decreases significantly, and, consequently, cast iron durability decreases. When the carbon content is less than 2.2%, the wear resistance of the cast iron is reduced due to a decrease in the amount of reinforcing medium.
2Continued table. D Copic manganese is limited by the smelting conditions of pig iron, since, according to research, manganese is not an effective element that affects the durability of parts. When the chromium content is below 14%, the durability of the material is reduced due to the formation of cement type carbides with: lower wear resistance. With an increase in the chromium content of 16%, the durability of the alloy is reduced by the appearance of large primary carbides in the structure. The introduction of molybdenum in an amount of up to 0.2% does not significantly affect the wear resistance of the iron. When the content of molybdenum in the amount of O, 2-O, 6%, the wear resistance of the alloy increases due to the fact that molybdenum, dissolved in chromium carbides, contributes to an increase in the hardness of these carbides. In addition, molybdenum additives milled grain somewhat. The addition of molybdenum more than 0.6% leads to the formation of a stable austenite of all metastable austenite required for wear resistance, due to which the wear resistance of cast iron is reduced. When the copper content is more than 2% of the 4yryi | a structure, a large amount of residual austenite is formed, which leads to a slight decrease in wear resistance. When the copper content is less than 1.5%, the effect of increased wear resistance is not achieved. The introduction of copper into cast iron in an amount of 1.5-2,% contributes to an increase in wear resistance and machinability. This is due to the fact that copper significantly affects the processes of formation of the primary structure of cast iron, changing the structure and composition of individual components; in national perspective, which is promising for improving the technological properties of castings, in particular: increasing the length of the interfacial boundaries of crystals of excess austenite and ledeburite, thinning the structure of the product of eutectic and eutectoid transformation. conditions of intense wear. From the obtained alloys are made to the area, which are tested for hardness, strength, heat resistance, resistance to stress, sinfulness during casting and tert processing. / Wear resistance is determined on a unit providing a specific pressure of 5 kg / mm, slippage of 0.27 m / s, cooling of the rolls by emulsion, test time 2.5 h. Relative sediment is calculated as the ratio of the difference between the final weight of the disks and the initial weight of the disks . The heat resistance test was performed by thermally cycling the samples with heating to 6OO C and followed by cooling. It was proposed to be heated to the temperature before the appearance of the first cracks, which reflects the conditions of heating and cooling of the rolls during their operation on hot rolling machines. The study of the effect of alloying elements on the crack resistance of the alloy during casting and heat treatment is carried out on square gratings by estimating the size of the cracks at the transition points. In tab. 2 shows the mechanical and operational properties of cast iron. As can be seen from the table. 2., the proposed cast iron exceeds the known heat resistance (higher by 4.6 times), its toughness during casting and heat treatment is 1.3 times). The 1st valkor is applied, which gives an economic effect of 1,659.975 thousand rubles, which is achieved by reducing the consumption of scarce alloying elements, reducing the consumption of rolls, increasing the rhythm of work and productivity of rolling mills, yielding more High Grades, reducing the consumption of metadla and the complexity of preparing falls. table 2
