A stamp for stamping with a die containing a top and a bottom plate with punches, as well as an intermediate plate with a mounted on a non-sectional die, connected to a vertical plate 1, is known. The stamp lacking is low reliability due to complicated kinematics. A stamp for extrusion is known, containing upper and lower plates with punches, an intermediate plate with a sectional matrix mounted on it, associated with the upper plate, mounted on these drags, interacting with an intermediate plate spring-loaded latches, a. also fixed on the lower plate rod stops and fixed on the intermediate plate spring-loaded pushers that interact with the stops and the latch and. The disadvantages of this stamp are -g with low reliability and complexity of the design. This is due to the fact that the stops are located on the outside of the gg, which leads to damage to the stops during the transport and assembly of the stamp and to an increase in its dimensions. In addition, the presence of spring-loaded pushers in, an inconvenience in the work of the punch, since the distortions of the intermediate plate on the trap lead to jamming of the pushers, and complicates the design. The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability of the stamp. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the stamp containing the upper and lower plates with punches mounted on them, an intermediate plate with a mounted on it sectional matrix associated with the upper plate. The rods mounted on these rods, interacting with the intermediate plate spring-loaded latches, as well as rod stops fixed to the bottom plate, are equipped with cams at the top of each stop interacting with the corresponding latches, each stop has a longitudinal vertical groove to move It is the lower part of the latch, and the stops are placed inside the tons, made hollow, and have elongated holes in the walls under the upper parts of the clamps. FIG. 1 shows the working position of the stamp, section; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. The stamp comprises a cup 1, a spring 2, a backing plate 3, an upper plate 4 in which hollow rods 5 are rigidly fixed, and a guide bush 6 with a rod 7 and an upper punch 8 is installed in its center. The plate 4 is rigidly attached to the base plate 3 which is associated with a press ram. A spring-loaded intermediate plate 9 is installed on the belts 5 in which the flanges 10 and 11 fix a composite holder 12 with wedges of a 13 sectional matrix. On the bottom base plate 14, rigidly connected to the press table, the bottom plate 15 is fastened, in the center of which a holder 17 with a central punch (mandrel) 18 is fixed by a flange 16. Its working surface covers the lower ring punch 19. In the holder 17 under the punch 19, the rods 20 of the anvil 21 connected to the press ejector are mounted. For fixing the intermediate plate 9, its guide sleeves 22 and the walls of the tons of 5 have elongated holes, and in the notches of the tons 5 on the axles 24 there are placed spring-loaded swivel clips 23, the upper protrusions of which serve to fix the intermediate plate 9 and the lower to turn them on unclamping. The lower protrusions of the retainer 23 are moved in the longitudinal vertical grooves of the legs 25, fixed on the bottom plate 15 by the sleeves 26 and passing through the hollow holes 5 in the upper part of the stops 25, which interact with the clamps a. For smcheni strike intermediate plate 9 on the ledges. T g 5 when returning it to its original position are the shock absorbers 27. Parts 8, 13, 18 .and 19 - interchangeable. Their shape and dimensions depend on the shapes and sizes of the parts being stamped. The stamp works as follows. The working cycle of the stamp will be considered on the example of the restoration of a two-gear gear. At the beginning of the operating cycle, the slider / press is in the up position. In this case, the backing plate .3, the top plate 4 is in the initial position with the parts associated with it. The rod 7 with the upper punch 8 under the action of the spring 2 occupies the lower position in the sleeve 6, the intermediate plate 9 with the fixed holder 12 and the wedges 13 rests on the ledges of the tu 5, respectively, the wedge 13 of the sectional matrix is open and lie on the end of the flange 11. The rotary spring-loaded latches 23 on the axis x 24 are above the cams and stops 25 in position, when their lower protrusion rests on the internal cavity of the hollow tubes. 5. The press ejector stop 21 is in the lower position, the heads of the rods 20 are recessed into the iboyma 17, and the ring punch 19 leans on the rec her joke. Before the start of the movement of the slider. press down a worn gear wheel, heated to the forging tag of a sherath, is put on the central punch 18 and lowered until it stops at the end of the ring punch 19. Then the press slide with the plates 3 and 4 fixed on it begins to go down and bear on themselves the latches 23, the lower protrusions of which, meeting with the upper inclined face of the cams and the stops 25, turn, pass below the cams a and move along a longitudinal groove. The front plate 9 with the yoke 12 and the wedges 13 of the sectional matrixl hanging on the ledges of the tg 5 also1 lowers, while 1pine U lies at the end of both 17. The further movement of the intermediate plate 9 closes the wedge 13 of the sectional matrix and it covers the outer surfaces of the deformable the details. After stopping the intermediate plate 9, the further movement of the press ram downwards is continued, and the punch 8, the inlet IB, comes in contact with the upper end of the defective part, and the rod 7, moving along the guide sleeve 6 all the way to the butt of the glass 1, compresses the spring 2, and the glands 5 insert the upper design of the spring-loaded clamps 23 into the guide sleeves 22. These protrusions then enter into the oblong holes of the sleeves 22, while their lower slings freely move along the longitudinal vertical grooves of the stops 25. The subsequent movement of the slide the deformation of the initial charge is eliminated. At the end of deforming occurs: the press ram returns up to its original position. When the press ram is lifted up .. under the action of the springs 2, the rod 7 with poin.ron 8 holds the molded part on the central punch 18, and the intermediate plate 9, fixed by latches 23 on the rods 5, causes the wedge 13 to open 13 of the sectional matrix and thereby frees the outer surfaces of the stamped (restored; parts. Lower recess clamps 23 slide along: vertical slots of the stops 25. At a certain height of the press slide, the rod 7 with the punch 8 is torn off from the upper end of the stamped (restored) The spikes and under the action of the springs 2 remain in the initial position, and then the lower lugs of the retainers 23 run over the inner edge of the cam and the stop 25, rotate on the axles 24, the upper lugs of the retainers 23 are removed from the elongated holes of the sleeves 22 and the intermediate plate 9 returns to the original position .. The press crawl comes to its original position, and the lower hydraulic cylinder of the press moves the ring punch 19 along the central punch 18 through the stop 21 of the ejector and the rods 20 along the central punch and thus liberates the stamped restored part . The stamp provides high hope of work, is simple in design and provides a wide range of manufactured (recoverable) parts.
