Description
Oblasť technikyTechnical field
Vynález sa týka spôsobu čistenia komunálnych odpadových vôd.The invention relates to a process for the treatment of municipal waste water.
Doterajší stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The current methods of municipal wastewater treatment are based solely on aerobic processes. Under aerobic conditions, the activation mixture together with the effluent is aerated to decompose the organic substances present in the effluent. The organic substances present in domestic waste water are usually well degradable. In the aerobic stages of WWTPs they are decomposed to CO 2 , while at the same time a new biomass - sludge is created in the system. The activation mixture is then deposited in settling tanks. Part of the activation mixture is taken in the form of excess sludge and stabilized in the digesters. In the case of small WWTPs (up to 10,000 to 20,000 PE), sludge stabilization is performed simultaneously, resp. in a separate manner together with the activation mixture.
Energeticky výhodnejšie anaeróbne procesy (bez prístupu kyslíka) sú v praxi využívané hlavne pri koncentrovanejších odpadových vodách (napr. z potravinárskeho priemyslu).More energy-efficient anaerobic processes (without oxygen) are used in practice mainly in more concentrated waste water (eg from the food industry).
Tento spôsob je charakterizovaný zdržnými dobami odpadovej vody v anaeróbnej časti maximálne dve-tri hodiny, tak ako to uvádza CS patent č. 275 878.The combination of anaerobic - aerobic processes is used for increased biological phosphorus removal (luxury uptake). The anaerobic part of the reactor serves here only for the biochemical processes of phosphate release into the activation mixture, but the process of removing organic contamination itself does not take place in this part of the reactor. This method is characterized by a residence time of wastewater in the anaerobic portion of a maximum of two to three hours, as disclosed in CS patent no. 275 878.
However, the raw waste water supplied is acidified, while being mixed with recirculated thickened anaerobic sludge. The method is particularly suitable for medium and higher polluted waste water, not for municipal waste water.
US patent 5 667 688 využíva takisto kombináciu anaeróbno-aeróbnych procesov so striktným rozdelením anaeróbnych a aeróbnych zón. Patent 5,667,688 also utilizes a combination of anaerobic-aerobic processes with a strict division of anaerobic and aerobic zones. This strict separation is effected by separate recirculation of anaerobic and aerobic sludge, with some of the purified wastewater being returned to the process for denitrification.
The published patent application WO 97/00833 utilizes a ring-shaped division of the treatment plant into an anaerobic and aerobic part, the length of the anaerobic zone being at least seven times greater than the length of the aerobic zone. The biomass is not fixed by the carrier, but floats freely in space.
EP 0 302 545 A2 definuje proces psychrofilného čistenia odpadových vôd so strednou až nízkou koncentráciou znečistenia. Aeróbny reaktor je prevzdušňovaný.EP 0 302 545 A2 defines a process for the psychrophilic treatment of waste water with a medium to low concentration of pollution. The anaerobic process in this case is divided into two stages; the first anaerobic stage consists of The UASB sludge bed reactor, the second stage consisting of a fluidized bed reactor and a fine biomass carrier, and the final aerobic stage for the nitrification process is again defined as a fluidized bed reactor consisting of a fine carrier. The aerobic reactor is aerated.
Podľa US patentu č. 5 630 942 sa odpadové vody čistia anaeróbnym spôsobom v dvoch stupňoch. According to U.S. Pat. No. 5,630,942, the wastewater is anaerobically treated in two stages. In the first step, the waste water containing the organic material is subjected to treatment in the presence of thermophilic, growth and acidogenic bacteria. The purification process is carried out at a temperature of 46 to 71 ° C, the pH of the mixture being 5 to 6. The pre-purified water enters the second stage, where thermophilic, growth and methanogenic bacteria are present. Purification again takes place at 46-71 ° C to give methane.
SK patent č. 279 389 definuje spôsob čistenia vody, pri ktorom sa odpadová voda dávkuje do reaktora obsahujúceho telieska nosiča, pozostávajúce z plastu.SK patent no. 279 389 defines a water purification method in which waste water is fed into a reactor comprising carrier bodies consisting of plastic.
V čistiarni komunálnych odpadových vôd cca 70 % prevádzkových nákladov tvoria náklady na zabezpečenie dodávky kyslíka zo vzduchu z dôvodu efektívneho vytvorenia aeróbnych podmienok. Ide o energeticky pomerne náročný proces, výsledkom ktorého je vyčistená odpadová voda a čistiarenský kal. Celý doterajší spôsob čistenia komunálnych (splaškových) odpadových vôd pre malé ČOV možno charakterizovať relatívne veľkými objemami aktivačných nádrží (150 - 250 1/obyvateľa) a vysokými špecifickými nákladmi na obyvateľa.In a municipal wastewater treatment plant, about 70% of the operating costs are the costs of ensuring the oxygen supply from the air due to the effective creation of aerobic conditions. This is a relatively energy intensive process, resulting in purified waste water and sewage sludge. The entire existing method of municipal (sewage) wastewater treatment for small WWTPs can be characterized by relatively large volumes of activation tanks (150-250 l / inhabitant) and high specific costs per inhabitant.
Energeticky výhodnejšie anaeróbne spôsoby na čistenie komunálnych odpadových vôd narážajú na množstvo technických a technologických problémov.More energy-efficient anaerobic methods for municipal wastewater treatment encounter a number of technical and technological problems.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a municipal wastewater treatment method which would greatly streamline municipal wastewater treatment while achieving the desired water purity parameters at the aerobic stage effluent.
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Anaeróbny a oxický rozklad prebiehajú v prítomnosti nárastovou biomasou so špecifickým povrchom nosiča 60 až 500 m2/m3.This object is achieved by a method of purification of municipal waste water free of coarse impurities using aerobic and anaerobic decomposition and a carrier, which consists in subjecting the municipal waste water to anaerobic decomposition with a hydraulic residence time in at least three further stages 6 to 48 hours. They are then subjected to an oxic decomposition under intensive aeration with compressed air with a hydraulic residence time of 0.2 to 12 hours. Anaerobic and oxic decomposition take place in the presence of growth biomass with a specific carrier surface of 60 to 500 m 2 / m 3 .
The anaerobic decomposition of the municipal waste water is preferably carried out for 10 to 24 hours. It has been found to be advantageous for municipal waste water to proceed from bottom to top or top to bottom through the individual stages of anaerobic decomposition.
Je výhodné, keď nosičom nárastovej biomasy pri anaeróbnom rozklade sú syntetické hmoty so špecifickým povrchom 80 až 150 m2/m3.It is preferred that the carrier of the growth biomass in anaerobic decomposition are synthetic materials with a specific surface area of 80 to 150 m 2 / m 3 .
It is also advantageous to use an increase biomass carrier with a larger specific surface area in anaerobic decomposition in each further decomposition step downstream of the municipal wastewater.
Taktiež bolo zistené, že je výhodné oxický rozklad komunálnej odpadovej vody uskutočňovať počas 1 až 3 hodín.It has also been found that it is advantageous to carry out the oxic decomposition of the municipal waste water for 1 to 3 hours.
Nosičom biomasy môže byť prírodný materiál, napr. drobný štrk alebo piesok, alebo vhodne upravené syntetické látky, napr. polyuretánové peny, prípadne izolačné rúrky. The biomass carrier may be a natural material, e.g. gravel or sand, or suitably treated synthetic materials, e.g. polyurethane foams or insulating tubes.
It has also been found that municipal waste water after the oxic decomposition together with the growth biomass can advantageously be recycled to at least one of the anaerobic stages.
The organic substances present in the waste water are broken down into simpler substances (lower fatty acids) until the final cleavage product is methane, which is released from the water.
The waste water passes through a layer of growth biomass adhered to the support surface and the organic substances contained therein anaerobically decompose, whereby the waste water achieves the required purity parameters at the reactor effluent.
In the case of increased requirements for the quality of wastewater treatment, the wastewater can be aerobically treated with air oxygen after passing through the anaerobic stage. Oxic decomposition is performed by the present growth biomass by intensive aeration with compressed air.
The advantage of this process is that the decomposition of municipal waste water can be carried out even in the absence of oxygen.
This purification method minimizes sludge problems, i. j. there is no need to build up digesters for storing the sludge formed.
Another non-negligible advantage of the invention is the considerably reduced energy and investment costs for cleaning, while providing water with the required purity parameters.

Priložený obrázok zobrazuje základnú schému jednotlivých stupňov spôsobu čistenia komunálnej odpadovej vody. The attached figure shows the basic scheme of the individual stages of the municipal waste water treatment method.
Príklady uskutočneniaEXAMPLES
Odpadová voda priteká po zbavení hrubých nečistôt do stupňa 1, tvoreného sedimentačnou nádržou s objemom 0,45 m3, kde sa odpadová voda zbavuje prevažnej časti nerozpustných látok. Horným prepadom sa dostáva odpadová voda do stupňa 2, 3,4 a 5. Tieto stupne sú naplnené husími krkmi, v 2. a 3. stupni husími krkmi so špecifickým povrchom 90 m2/m3, vo 4. a 5. stupni so špecifickým povrchom 110 m2/m3. Odpadová voda prechádza cez vrstvu nárastovej biomasy prichytenej na povrchu nosiča, kde dochádza k rozkladu organických látok.Waste water flows after the removal of coarse impurities to the stage 1, formed by a sedimentation tank with a volume of 0.45 m 3 , where the waste water is mostly freed from insoluble matter. Waste water reaches levels 2, 3, 4 and 5 through the upper overflow. These stages are filled with goosenecks, in the 2nd and 3rd stage goosenecks with a specific surface area of 90 m 2 / m 3 , with a specific surface area of 110 m 2 / m 3 . Waste water passes through a layer of growth biomass adhered to the surface of the carrier, where organic matter decomposes.
Vstupné parametre komunálnej odpadovej vody boli: CHSK = 475 mg/1, BSK5 = 229 mg/1, nerozpustné látky NL = 448 mg/1.The input parameters of municipal waste water were: COD = 475 mg / l, BOD5 = 229 mg / l, insoluble matter NL = 448 mg / l.
Pri hydraulickej zdržnej dobe odpadovej vody v anaeróbnych sekciách 24 hodín boli na odtoku zo stupňa 5 namerané tieto parametre:The following parameters were measured for the hydraulic wastewater retention time in the anaerobic sections of 24 hours:
CHSK = 160 mg/1, účinnosť čistenia 66 %, BSK5 = 73 mg/1, účinnosť čistenia 68 %, nerozpustné látky NL = 22 mg/1, účinnosť čistenia 95 %.COD = 160 mg / l, purification efficiency 66%, BOD5 = 73 mg / l, purification efficiency 68%, insoluble matter NL = 22 mg / l, purification efficiency 95%.
Takto predčistená odpadová voda pritekala do stupňa 6, ktorý tvorí nádrž s objemom 0,2 m3. Nosičom biomasy boli polypropylénové šnúry s celkovou dĺžkou 230 m a špecifickým povrchom asi 250 až 300 m2/m3. The pre-treated wastewater flowed to stage 6, which forms a 0.2 m 3 tank. Biomass carriers were polypropylene cords with a total length of 230 m and a specific surface of about 250 to 300 m 2 / m 3 . At a hydraulic holding time of 3 hours with intensive aeration with compressed air, the biomass present is thoroughly cleaned of the waste water.
Stupeň 7 slúži na usadenie nerozpustných látok unikajúcich z predchádzajúcich stupňov a na odtok vyčistenej vody do recipienta.Stage 7 serves to deposit insoluble substances escaping from the previous stages and to drain the purified water into the recipient.
Na odtoku zo stupňa 7 boli namerané tieto parametre:The following parameters were measured at the outflow from stage 7:
