Abstract
A packing arrangement includes a low friction packing material (73) which is abutted with either of the coacting portions (71,72) and outer surface of cable (2). The cable is fed through the cable receiving nozzle. The relative density of cable corresponds to the relative density of the liquid. The velocity of the liquid is set higher than the pulling velocity of the cable.
