Abstract

A process cleans vehicle wheels (F) with a cleaning fluid (5), and granules (6) with an assembly (1) in which the fluid is recirculated. The granules are then separated from the fluid (5). A flocculating agent (26) is introduced to the tank together with the cleaning fluid (5), and liberating particulate matter (27). The cleaning fluid (5) is then filtered and re-used in the main process (1).
