Abstract

An outlet (50) is provided for fluid which in the separating zone (36) has been freed of particles and an outlet for particle sediment collected on the sedimentation surface components (38). The sedimentation surface components comprise several adjacent tube components orientated axially and in ring formation around the rotatable container (12) centre axis. A component (58,62) is provided for feeding pressure gas to the tube components (38). The pressure gas is air. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING - The figure illustrates a partly section, schematic side view of a first format of the apparatus
