Abstract
The method involves using sensors (1,2,10,11) for detecting the rotational speed of the vehicle axles. The sensors emit a first rotational speed signal (V1) assigned to the first vehicle axle, and a second rotational speed signal (V2) assigned to the second axle. Brakes (3-6,12-15) are provided for decelerating the vehicle axles, which can be actuated depending on a first and second brake requirement signal (P1,P2). The method further involves using first and second coordination mechanisms (20,21) for generating the first and second brake signals (P1,P2). An auxiliary signal (M2) is provided as the second input signal for the second coordination mechanism (21), which is determined on the base of the first and second rotational speed signals (V1,V2).
