Abstract

The device (1) comprises a partition (9) supported by two circular sectors (10) provided with a peripheral rack (13) operated by an electric motor (16) effecting their movement in opposition to return springs (19). The positioning of the rack (9) closes one of the intake paths (3, 7) of an environment conditioning unit (1), enabling it to draw in air from the environment (4) in which it is installed or else to introduce conditioned air (8) present under the raised floor (2) of the environment. An adjustable stop wedge 22 allows intake of small amounts of air from under the floor even when the intake path 7 is closed. <IMAGE>
