Abstract

The invention relates to a saw-log-manipulator swivel-arm system with two swivel arms (2) and a shaft (5) connecting the swivel arms (2). Located at the ends of the shaft (5) are crank devices (3, 4), to the outer parts (3) of which the arms (2) are linked. In order to avoid having to drive the two ends of the shaft (5) in different directions to one another, the stems (6, 7) connecting the swivel arms (2) to the frame are fastened to different sides of the articulation point (3) of the arms (2), as a result of which the arms (2) are moved in opposite directions to one another when the shaft is turned in one and the same direction. The stems (6, 7) can be replaced by a pin or the like which is arranged in a fixed position and runs in a fork which is formed on the part of the arm (2) located below the articulation (3). <IMAGE>
