Abstract
In order to obtain an optimum cooling effect on the inflated container (8), a specific amount of the gas or gases introduced into the finished shape (6) is directed constantly through the inflation nozzle (5) into the surroundings. The low-temperature gas introduced is directed only in the gaseous state of aggregation into the finished shape (6). The constant gas stream flows through a cooling-gas evacuation channel into the inflation nozzle (5), which cooling-gas evacuation channel is connected to an adjustable evacuation valve (9) in order to regulate the flow of the constant gas stream. The evacuation valve (9) can be a component of the inflation nozzle (5). These measures lead to a considerable increase in production rate without impairing quality. <IMAGE>
