Description
511 729 10 l5 20 25 30 35 2 _- Uppfinningen har till ändamål att tillfredsställa detta önskemål, vilket ändamål uppnåtts med särdrags- kombinationen i patentkravet 1.
Uppfinningen har också till ändamål att minska riskerna för skador på fodringen på grund av upprepad frysning, vilket ändamål uppnås med särdragskombination i patentkravet 3. Härigenom fås också möjlighet till kostnadssparande reducering av tjockleken av fodringen av nyframställda bergrum.
De osjälvständiga patentkraven anger fördelaktiga utföringsformer och vidareutvecklingar av uppfinnings- tanken enligt patentkraven 1 och 3.
Uppfinningen beskrivs nu närmare under hänvisning till bifogade ritningar.
Fig l är ett principschema för en anläggning för genomförande av sättet, vilket också är ett flödesschema för drift i fyllningsmod.
Fig 2 är samma principschema men ett flödeschema för drift i tömningsmod.
Fig 3 visar bergrummet i recirkulationsmod vid fyll- ning.
Fig 4 visar bergrummet i recirkulationsmod vid töm- ning.
Anläggningen har följande komponenter, vad avser det för uppfinningens förståelse väsentliga: Pipeline eller stamledning 1 för naturgas, fodrat fyllningsledning 3 förbindande stamledningen med bergrummet, parallellkopplade kompressorer 4 och 5, kylare 6, bergrum 2, i ledningen 3, inloppledning 7 till bergrummet, vilken ledning företrädesvis förlänger fyllningsledningen 3 till bottnen av bergrummet 2 och innefattar en till/- frånventil 8, uttagsledning 9 med recirkulationsgren 9' och med en till/frånventil 10, och en värmare ll, som är inkopplad i en förbi kylaren 6 kopplad ledning 12. kulationsledningen 9' Recir- är ansluten till fyllningsledningen 3 på kompressorernas 4, 5 sugsida. Till/frånventiler i 10 15 20 25 30 35 511 729 3 ; fyllningsledningen 3 och recirkulationsgrenen 9' har hänvisningsbeteckningarna 4' och 5'.
Marknivån är markerad med M. Bergrummet kan ha redan känd konstruktion (se beskrivningsinledningen).
Anläggningen drivs på följande sätt för genomförande av sättet enligt uppfinningen. 1) Fyllning av bergrummet med naturgas från stamled- ning l, se fig l: Med ventilen 8 öppen och ventilen 10 stängd uttages naturgas från stamledníngen 1 (med ca 30 bar tryck) och komprimeras i kompressorn 5 tilen 4' (ventilen 5' öppen och ven- stängd), kyles sedan i kylaren 6 och inmatas i bergrummet 2. Som följd härav ökar naturgastrycket och därmed temperaturen i bergrummet. När bergrummets nomi- nella arbetstryck, säg ca 200 bar, uppnåtts avslutas naturgasinmatningen. Temeraturen i bergrummet är då ca 55°C. För ökning av den effektiva volymen eller mängden naturgas som skall kunna lagras i bergrummet öppnas ven- tilen 10, naturgas (med temperaturen ca 55°C) uttages från bergrum- stängs ventilen 5', öppnas ventilen 4' och varm met och recirkuleras via ledningarna 9, 9', kompressorn 4 och kylaren 6 till bergrummet 2. Kompressorn 4 är anord- nad att komprimera väsentligen blott för övervinnade av tryckfallet i fyllningsledníngen 3 från kompressorn 4 till bergrummet 2, dvs ingen nämnvärd komprimering av naturgasen utföres av den. Sedan temperaturen på natur- gasen i bergrummet 2 sänkts pà detta sätt, till säg 20°C, med ty åtföljande tryckëånkning i bergrummet, kan berg- rummets fyllning med nafürgas enligt ovan àterupptagas tills det nominella arbetstrycket( ca 200 bar) åter nåtts i bergrummet.
Inloppsledningen 7 sträcker sig, som nämnts, före- trädesvis till bottnen av bergrummet 2, så att den kylda recirkulerade naturgasen pressar den ovanförliggande varma naturgasen till recirkulation och kylning, se fig 3. **š@-QÉ-,É '}:Å! G:I?ÄTïàK\àïE\P2280Û@Û,DOC 511 729 10 15 20 25 4 _- 2) Föredraget sätt för uttag av naturgas från berg- rummet till stamledning 1, se fig 2: För syftet öppnas ventilen 10. Under uttaget sjunker temperaturen och ökar risken för bildning av gashydrat på grund av vattennärvaro i bergrummet och för frysning av bergrummets fodring. För minskning eller eliminering av denna risk öppnas också ventilen 8 och recirkuleras en del av den uttagna naturgasen till bergrummet 2 via kompressorn 4 (ventilen 5' stängd och ventilen 4' öppen) och förbikopplingsledningen 12 med värmaren ll, som vär- mer naturgasen. Denna införes i bergrummet till bottnen via fyllningsledningen 7. Eftersom den är varmare och därmed lättare vid bottnen än i toppen kommer den att stiga och blandas med toppinnehàllet. Den absorberar då vatten och kolväten som eventuellt ansamlats vid berg- rumsbottnen och medverkar också till en effektivare tömning av bergrummet, se fig 4.
Kompressorerna 4, 5 kan givetvis ersättas med en enda kompressor för både fyllning och recirkulation.
Kylaren 6 kan anordnas i botten av bergrummet 2. Ovan är det underförstått att lagringen och processandet av naturgasen sker i gasform.
Claims (4)
1. Sätt vid operation av ett fodrat bergrum in- kommande från att rättat för lagring av gas, såsom naturgas, pipline, i gasform, k ä n n e t e c k n a t därav, efter intial fyllning av bergrummet med gas till nomi- nellt tryck uttages åtminstone en del av gasen ur berg- rummet och recirkuleras den till bergrummet under kylning och utan nämnvärd komprimering.
2. Sätt enligt kravet l, k ä n n e t e c k n a t därav, att den recirkulerade gasdelen införes i berg- rummet vid bottnen av denna och att gasdelen för recir- kulation uttages vid toppen av bergrummet.
3. Sätt vid operation av ett fodrat bergrum inrättat kommande från pipe- att vid uttag av gas från bergrummet för tillförsel till pipe- för lagring av gas, såsom naturgas, line, i gasform, k ä n n e t e c k n a d därav, linen recirkuleras, förå pipelinen, en del av den uttagna gasen till bergrummet under värmning och utan nämnvärd komprimering. .
4. Sätt enligt kraïet 3, k ä n n e t e c k n a t därav, att nämnda inföfišng utföres vid bottnen av berg- rummet. \àK\ÄNS\P293006§_DO¿
