Description
468 509 ~ 2 j~ c: fi 'S0 FÜREDRAGEN UTFÜRINGSFÛRN Anordníngen enligt Fig 1 omfattar ett första kugghjulspar 10,11; ett andra kugghjulspar 12,13; 14,15; 16,17; @=h1a,19.
På en Första drivaxel 24 är anordnade kugghjulet 10, drivrullar- samt tre par drivhjulsrullar na 14, 16, 18 samt kugghjulet 12 i nu nämnd ordning.
På en andra drivakel 25 är anordnade kugghjulet 11, drivrullarna 15, 17, 19 samt kugghjulet 13 i nu nämnd ordning.
Samtliga kugghjul har i sin periferi ett spår, och i två av kugghjulens spår är placerade en värmetràd, 21 resp, 22.
I Fig 3 visas en del av kugghjulets 10 periferi med ett cirku- lärt spår, vars botten är betecknad med 101, samt en del av kugghjulets 11 periferi med ett cirkulärt spår, vars botten är betecknad 111. 0rdet cirkulär anger här dels att spåret går ge- nom kugghjulets samtliga kuggar, dels att spárets botten utgör en del av en cirkel så att spåret passar För en cirkulär tråd.
I det samverkande kugghjulsparet 10,11 är det kugghjulet 11 som har en värmetràd 21 i sitt spår. Päsamma sätt är det'kugg- hjulet 13 i det samverkande kugghjulsparet 12,13 som har en vär- metràd 22 i sitt spår. Trådens 21 ändar är betecknade 211,212.
Båda värmetrådarna har sina ändar anslutna till en strömkälla 23, se Fig 2, för uppvärmning av resp. tråd till en temperatur överstigande foliernas mjukningstemperatur. Av Fig 2 framgår att tråden 22 har sina ändar 221,222 anslutna till strömkällan 23. Denna är en programstyrd enhet, anordnad för avgivning av energipulser med en spänning på omkring 10 volt. Medelst ett styrorgan 231, som har en sensor vid sammansvetsningsstället För folierna, styrs strömkällan att avge energipulser så att temperaturen vid sammansvetsningsstället kommer att ligga inom temperaturområdet 10000 - 12000.
I Fig 2 har antytts hur två plastfolier matats ett mellan kugghjulsparen och drivrullarna. stycke Üvanför kugg- hjulen 12. 13 och de skymda rull- och kugghjulsparen är Foli- erna sammansvetsade, nedanför är Folierna skilda relativt var- s 468 509 andra. Genom att kugghjulen-rullarna får "tag" på de intill var- andra lagda folíerna kommer dessa under den fortsatta matningen (med drivning på axlarna 24,26) att veckas mellan kugghjulens kuggar och svetsas samman vid kuggtopparna, vilket ger ett spe- ciellt mönster för de två längsgående, parallella sömmarna.
Kugghjulen kan tillverkas i vävbakelit för undvikande av kort- slutningar.
Värmetråden kan bestå av teflonbelagd koppartråd, diameter 0,7 mm.
Det har i praktiken visat sig att om energimatningen till värme- trådarna sker så att under ett startmoment avges en längre energípuls (några sekunder) och därefter införs längre och läng- re pauser mellan energipulserna med pauserna ungefär dubbelt så långa som energípulserna i fortvarighetstillståndet så kan styr- organet 231 med sensor undvaras.
Med den nu i detalj beskrivna svetsanordningen uppnår man: dels att någon särskild matníngsmekanism för folierna ej erford- ras, matning och svetsning sker med samma mekanism; dels mindre krav på utrymme på grund av färre mekaniska delar; dels mindre energiåtgång genom att svetsning sker enbart vid de ställen där folierna perforeras av kuggarna; och dels att svetsningen går fortare än vid konventionella metoder eftersom den - trots perforeringstekniken - sker kontinuerligt och ej intermíttent med fram- och återgående svetsbaokar.
Claims (3)
1. Anordning för sammansvetsning av folíer, kännetecknad av två samverkande kugghjul (10,11) mellan vilka folierna är av- sedda att matas, varvid minst ett av kugghjulen i sin perife- ri har ett spår (111), i vilket är placerad en värmetråd (21) som omsluter en del av kugghjulets (10) periferi och har si- na ändar (211, 212) anslutna till en strömkälla (23) för uppvärmning av tråden (21) till en temperatur överstigande foliernas mjukningstemperatur.
2. Anordning enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att den har två par samverkande kugghjul (10,11; 12,13) med i varje par av samverkande kugghjul en värmetråd (21 resp. 22) som omsluter en del av ett kugghjuls (11 resp. 13) periferi, och att mellan nämnda två par av samverkande kugghjul finns minst två par av samverkande drivrullar (14,15 och 18,17), varvid kugghjulen (10,12 resp. 11,13) och drívrullarna (14,16 resp. 15,17) är anordnade på två parallella drivaxlar (24,28).
3. Anordning enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknad därav, att strömkällan (23) är anordnad för avgivning av energipulser med en spänning på omkring 10 volt, och att styrorgan är anordnat för styrning av strömkällans (23) av- givning av energipulser så att temperaturen vid stället För sam- mansvetsningen ligger inom temperaturområdet 10000 - 12000. w
