A, J, Reinforcement System for Anti-Swelling Mastic Coatings (G5 ad) Full Description Background: | The invention relates in general to fire-resistant mastic coatings, and more specifically, the invention relates to reinforcement systems for such coatings. : ° Fire-retardant mastic coatings are used to protect structures from fire. One of the wide uses, spread of it, we find it in hydrocarbon manufacturing plants such as chemical production plants, offshore oil and gas production platforms, and oil refineries. These coatings are also used around storage facilities i 0 hydrocarbons Jo tanks SLE liquefied oil. And often: The paint is placed on the Lad steel structure and performs the function of an insulating layer. deg fire occurs); Coating slows the rise in temperature in steel to allow more time to extinguish fires or evacuate structures. Otherwise, the steel may grind quickly and collapse. Vo mastic coatings are made with a binder such as epoxy or vinyl and various additives are incorporated into the binder to give the coating the desired fire protection properties. The adhesive or binder sticks to the steel.

Inflatable coatings swell when foam-like. Charcoal pad, when exposed to the heat of the flame, turns into foam. It has a low heat conduction coefficient and insulates the bottom layer. “Inflatable coatings are sometimes called “rising” or “sublimated” coatings, although the mastic coatings are sticky. ,' Well with most of the lower layers it is known to lay a mesh in the coatings. The network is automatically linked to the bottom layer. US Patent No. 0 and Patent 9,417,791 (granted to) Castell and Co. £,+78, V0 describe the use of a net. In these two patents, the net is described as a | A reinforcement for the coal that forms when a fire breaks out, specifically the grid reduces the possibility of cracking or “cracking” the paint, and if yo: cracks occur in the material, these cracks are not deep when using to apply mastic with dala thickness The net. Therefore, there is no big. A cloth of glass fibers was also used to reinforce the fire-protective mastic coatings. The patent describes a system like this. However, the glass may be ¥,390,YYY US No. ©0 It melts at the temperatures it is exposed to.When glass melts, it does not provide any benefits.

بa fire. Mastic coatings are mostly applied to steel infrastructure and are often applied when the coating is exposed to harsh environmental conditions, including violent fluctuations in temperature, which may reach Tee degrees Fahrenheit (TAA degrees Celsius). These fluctuations in temperature may lead to Jad Si from the underlying layer, but the network will reduce this separation. The separation occurs as a result of fluctuations in temperature due to the difference in the thermal conductivity coefficients of the coating and the substrate.
When the temperature changes, both the coating and the 000 layer expand or contract to varying degrees. These differences in the tensile and contraction efforts lead to the separation of the loops between the coating and the substrate. Although the mastic paint is flexible to some extent, stress may break the bonding bonds between the paint and the substrate.
ْVo, however, the network implanted in the coating makes the thermal expansion coefficient, A, of the coating close to the thermal expansion coefficient, E, of the underlying layer. So stress occurs to a lesser degree and the possibility of separation decreases. a
